The levo isomer of amphetamine is usually associated with the less desirable effects such as high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, and vaso constriction at extremities as the blood is redirected to core functions as part of the 'flight or fight' response. Basically, it stimulates norepinephrine release.

Whereas dextro amphetamine releases more of the 'feel good' neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin.

Personally, I prefer an equal parts of D and L (known as a 'racemic mixture') as that gives the most rounded experience imo.

Some people prefer the dextro.

But nobody prefers the levo...

that dosent sound too bad i get those symptoms from stimulants either way especially because i dont have access to amphetamines

However, in the inhalers, the meth is soaked in a piece of plastic-type foam and making tea out of that could expose you substantially to microplastics.

Benzedrex uses cotton, but propylhexedrine feels toxic, I do not recommend ever using it.
