Thinking emoji cos I honestly suspect I’d try them… probably… but am still unsure.
I had them and I hate to be cliche but if you blindfolded me and told me I was eating chicken wings I think every single time I would believe you. Maybe after several dishes I would ask how old the chickens where when they were killed feeling that they were a bit smaller than usual chicken wing size.

I must try gator tail. Do you know if it is like lobster tail? Probably not but is it at least more chewy than the rest of the body?

Just finished off the duck, blackberry & Cassis pate spread on hit, buttered sourdough toast. Can of cherry Hooch to wash it down. Nice
