I’m pretty sure this topic has been covered before but…

@Sadie tried ketamine for the first time a while back. Experienced “the hole” in a positive way, enjoyed the experience… but found it disappointing.

Years ago I lusted after fentanyl… then, after multiple pharm-grade fent experiments, I decided it was boring as fuck and I’d rather almost any poppy product over fent.

Which drug experiences have disappointed you and which surprised you the other way?

Definitely also disappointed with ketamine. But that was after being spoilt with MXE. If I'd had ket first, I may have been a little more impressed.

Was also disappointed with LSD the first time I took it, but I already had many full blown mushroom trips under my belt by then.

Tried squrting DMT up my bunghole. Put some in a syringe - quite a hefty dose as I didnt want to go through the rigmarole again. Got on my back, legs in the air (for fear of anal leakage) and squirted it in. By the time I put my legs down I was at the peak of the most intense, uncomfortable trip I've ever had. Managed to crawl back to the couch and got on it. I said to my dog "Fuck me never again" (She was nonplussed - she'd seen it all before). Then just laid there until it wore off a bit then dashed upstairs to shit and vomit. Good times.
 
Good question but also stumped.

I can say I was disappointed with Morphine, after getting some OraMorph at a low concentration but that was due to dose and oral Bioavailability. I took like 20-30mg and was really disappointed with effects but id been spoilt previously by obtaining Oxys when I was 15, the 40 OCs and even a 80 OC here and there

LSD was disappointing due to my my misunderstanding of its effects, I thought it’d be euphoric just because it was rather than due to mental state.

I found the visuals irritating but my flavour of autism isn’t really compatible with Overt Psychdelia.

I tried Fentanyl patches, I think the lowest concentration 12ug a hour or something ? Yellow and maybe by Duragesic. I was only 16 though so it still mashed me.

I remeber being dissapointed to a point, Fentanyl was hyped but I just felt sedated, I caught a nod or two, but no euphoria compared to Naturals/Semi Sythns
 
Most of the arse end of the RC boom. Diphenidine probably the worst. Toilet drug.

Bromo-DragonFLY - not that it was bad as such. Just went on forever without ever peaking.

Unlike @KurtAurelius and @Shambles, I quite liked fentanyl; sitting there with bits of patches on foil. The duration was crap though, and it was expensive.

4-B-MAR. If this is supposed to be like methamphetamine I'm a Golden Retriever!

Enormous dose (compared to meth) slight boring stimulation for a few hours.

4-F-MAR and 4-C-MAR were even worse.

Also, edibles don't agree with me.
 
The first time I smoked crack (free from a young shotter), I had no pipe and nobody to show me the ropes.

So I got a toilet roll holder, put a hole in, rigged up some foil at the bottom and vaped it.

Great delivery method, apart from the fact I drooled so much that the tube collapsed.

Reminds me of a mate that had a tendency to cough down the bong, showering burning embers everywhere.

When we started doing smack, in our naivety, instead of turning it all into a beetle, we'd just dump the powder on the foil and start running it. One time we bought a bag between us, and he insisted upon having thr first toot.

So what did he do? Immediately cough down the tube blowing the whole bag over the carpet.

Fuckin daft cunt...
 
How the hell did you scrape out a car aerial? :LOL:

We actually used to toot through a rolled up banknote at first, and didn't even run the gear - just basically flashed it up. But due to having no tolerance, it still got us wasted, but was wasteful.

But we had no Internet, and drug information was very scarce in the local library.

I've been doing drugs for 45 years now, but only found Bluelight in 2010. I've learnt more in this last 15 years than I did in the preceding 30 years.

At some point in the mid late nineties I used an aerial to toot too (from a box of crayons, being essentially a rotten young adult).

Yeah why is oral morphine morphine so unpleasant? Just gives me terrible gutsache and a vicious headace at almost any dose. Strange.
