Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v11

ARe you still plagued by low motivation, 14 months after invega? is the motivation that you had before invega back or are you just forcing yoursslf to do things?

i'm not plagued by it, no. the energy you get from mania is like taking a heavy stimulant that's why i said that. sometimes i have days where i have low motivation but that has been there all my life even before invega. i just showered, brushed my teeth and did skincare after feeding my cats so my energy is fine today. i'm gonna eat breakfast then go to the gym.
 
one thing that worries me is people seem to develop their invega symptoms a week or two after, I developed it a couple days later maybe, anyone else the same time?

i developed mine a few days later when i noticed my legs became shaky and i couldn't sleep in the psych ward. i also suddenly couldn't feel caffeine and my vision started getting blurry. don't worry

Did you have high anxiety and shortness of breath after 3 months? I have severe shortness of breath and anxiety on the roof that been just developed in few days ago, did you exprience any of that?
 
I am overwhelmed by emotions, nostalgia and thoughts of the girl i loved and lost. I felt this way right after they gave me invega. I am overwhelmed right now. Can anyone explain what is going on considering its the 7th month for me. Do things usually get worse?

high anxiety was my number one symptom. didn't have shortness of breath but my anxiety was awful. extreme, unbearable anxiety. i couldn't be left home alone at all.

I can't hardly feel anything. How are you feeling emotions?

i enjoyed having my feelings dampened when i think about it. i used to be pretty emotional and reactive but having them watered down felt nice. i still had the energy and motivation to go on about my day but without the drama. i think you tend to see a lot of peoples' true colours when you show little emotion or feed into them. i would care deeply all my life but when i didn't have to, i felt relief. never could with my disorders and OCD.

Has invega still dampened any of your emotions and ocd? Or are things back to how you were prior to invega?

when you were on invega, did you feel tired some days and some days fine? I was doing fine recently until today i just felt tired, I had 6 or 7 hours of sleep
 
I genuinely don’t know how am I supposed to tell if I am anhedonic, I can listen to music and enjoy tiktok videos? how will i know if I recover?
 
Yesterday was a very rough day and today too, usually when I have days is a row where i feel worst then a improvement came, i hope this is the case. Very difficult to deal with days like yesterday and today, full panic attacks mode and worsening of sympthoms
