Things are incrementally getting worse including my memory. I drank 6 to 10 litres of fluids daily for the past 6 months to flush invega out, kept myself as busy and active as i could. Ate plenty of eggs and fish to help with neurotransmitters. I stayed hopeful until now but right now things are looking bleak. I have a fear i might end up in the minority that does not recover.

Smoke some weed, see if it works. In my research people who were able to get high from smoking in the early stages of Invega recovered 20 out of 21 times. Granted it’s not early in your recovery process, but this is the only concrete indicator the forum has come up with so it’s worth a shot.

It could be getting worse to get better. A lot of times when I saw people not recovering from INVEGA, they didn’t notice any real changes and just complained things are getting better. My recall is awful as previously stated but I don’t remember many stories about it get incrementally worse without it at some point getting better. The answer will come within the next 5 months for you although

I regained my ability to get high 6 months after invega not in the early months off invega. I dont know how that changes things.

Good that means something changed for you, it’s probably more likely than not. I’ve seen people regain it in the later months and recover as well.

Why they don’t do research on how to reverse antipsychotic damage?

That’d be openly admitting to antipsychotic drugs doing far more damage than what’s otherwise currently thought. If antipsychotics are known to do damage to your brain, they’d be banned and thus the entire psychiatric department would have to reorganize themselves.

Basically, if you know they do damage that’s otherwise unwarranted it’ll delegitimize psychiatry as a whole and get rid of lots of money and people’s jobs. They make billions off these anti depressants and psychotics

Many people irl have been telling me to leave this place as it’s not doing anything but “weighing me down mentally”. These types of days I begin to see the truth in their statements, nevertheless I planned to stay here until June or around the beginning of V14 whichever one came first. We’re losing lots of people off these forums due to negativity, and some have passed due to suicide.

All the information necessary for recovery has already been revealed so all this place can exist as is a spot for reconciliation and connection with the fact of being victims of these drugs. I won’t leave TODAY, but I hope we make this a better place or I too will have to disembark on a journey away from this website
