To be clear, they were sold as 30mg 4fa. The product received, however, were tablets made to look like Adderall pills. It's from a reliable RC vendor that I've received other things from that were always high quality. I test everything regardless, and my gut feeling is that this is likely meth so I will 110% test them before any ingestion. I've been unable to find any other references to 4fa being sold in tablets like these, but plenty of meth sold this way. As you pointed out, typical doses of 4fa start at around 40mg and often go much higher. Oral meth starts much lower and 30mg is considered a strong dose of meth, so perhaps that's another context clue towards it being meth. The pill also has indents to break it into fours.
I was going to just do a reagent test but in this case I'd rather play it safe and send it to a proper lab. I bought these because 4fa is considered to be "MDMA lite" and I wanted something that could be used more often. I'm far too old to be taking pills without a pretty good idea of what's in them so I'm gonna test them.
I do hope that this is actually 4fa, less for the drug itself, and more because I've had a positive business relationship with this vendor for years and would hate to find them doing something so scummy as intentionally mislabeling product. The vendor does not sell meth or non-RC stims at all, so if this isn't 4fa, this couldn't have been an innocent mix up.
Luckily I only bought three tablets so if it turns out to be something else, I didn't lose much money.
As for the rarity of 4fa, I can say I've seen many listings for it from US based vendors. Of course, it's possible the majority of these are fake.
Thanks.
