I obtained a product labeled as containing just mitragyene, two 40mg capsules labelled as equivalent to 4gram kratom leaf.
This intrigued me due to..
1. Hedonistic love of compounds acting at Opioid sites,
2. Not having a mash of different alkaloids at unknown concentrations, rather being a isolated alkaloid, still with funny activity but atleast with benefits such as some sources claiming partial agonist activity (Buprenorphine is my favourite opioid)
3. Appearing to be atleast legal somewhat where I am, shipping overseas and passing customs without issue.
About 5”11, 70kg, have used most of common opioids (Codeine, Dihydrocodeine, Tramadol, Oxycodone, Morphine, Buprenorphine)
Not a dependent user, but have had a fair few experiences and chips that have been questionable.
Silly or not but this was a Christmas treat (which I didn’t wait for ! lol) and safer than my dubious random purchase of Codeine or Dihydrocodeine through grey area means (not enabling or informing anyone of that! I wish I never found them) I also enjoyed the fact I could only purchase two capsules.
Last did a 210mg CWE of Codiene 12.8mg-200mg ibruprofen generics about a month ago. Decent effects but no crazy euphoria or nodding,
(Today) 16:00 ingested first capsule
16:15- felt fuzzy head feeling, but almost like a come up kind of deal, not anxiety but a bit of that “oh I took something that I haven’t tried before” likely from my autistic level research and weird mythology level claims with kratom, low doses stimulating and raising pulse and blood pressure but higher doses doing the opposite? Hmm.
16:35- transitioning into a light codeine dose like 90mg? Pleasant mild warmth , noticeable calm, heavy eyes, and a faint itch
17:15- I figure that I will go for the second capsule, I’m here for a stronger sedation dose and I’m not hyper sensitive
17:30 feel the first capsule peak, have a more noticeable blanket opioid feel, world slower and beautiful, very gentle mood lift with a vibe of - I have everything I could need. Conversation, music and general mindfulness enhancement, the itchyness picks up a bit more, and I get that classic euphoria every time I take a hit of nicotine.
18:10 feel the second capsule joining the fray, nothing crazy but a boost and likely a helping hand to duration.
19:30 more sedation creeping in, could nod if I wished but in company, I’m incredibly relaxed, the itchyness is stronger. No nausea at all, I’ve ate a big bratwurst and cheesy chips before dosing, I don’t have that very warm sick stomach feeling but it’s nice. Less distracting. Incredible mindfulness enhancement is my favourite effect plus a pleasant heavy eye feeling like Hash.
A strange additional effect is no negative effect on libido, getting spontaneous erections laying in bed with the missus. Usually can’t cum on opioids and if I am really high I won’t even be able to get an erection. Nice.
19:45 successfully took a number two without any strain. Beautiful.
20:15- will update more if I experience anything significant but I suspect things will die down soon, very pleased.
Personal note- I understand I am taking silly risks using this, but I’d rather have a dose of this every month or two then if I wish to use opioids, only being able to buy 28 30mg codeine and slamming the whole tray across a week or two,
This is much better than other opioids imo. Still should only be used for those who absolutely need it, and would rather use something that may be advantageous (partial agonism etc)
I really shouldn’t but it seems a much better compound to use in lieu of the opioids I have used. But absolutely not a go ahead to make it work as a regular thing.
