Ive always wondered what would happen if one first took Vigabatrin which inhibits the breakdown of GABA but doesnt bind to GABA receptors by itself, then take Tiagabine (blocks GABA transporter 1, acts as a GABA reuptake inhibitor) and finally a high dose of Picamilon so that it would pass the BBB and turn into GABA.
Would this provide the ”pure” GABA experience? I advice against it since I have no clue what a bunch of GABA floating around in the brain without selectively binding to something would do. Im sure inducing those conditions would make allosteric modulators potent af though. Imagine taking this stack and then dropping 0,5mg alprazolam
