Phenethylamines 2 CB and 2 CI? (Really the 2c family as a whole)

I'm a 39 year old head, and I've done nearly every drug under the sun, and started experimenting with analogues and research chems a few years back... The one I've wanted to try the MOST since the start is 2 CB.. I've heard it called nexus, bromo, dragonfly, etc.. but the trip reports on it always leave my mouth watering. I love your OG psychedelics, and I love MDA and MDMA, but the next day geek is real... They say 2c analogues don't have a hangover, and say it's like rolling on MDMA mixed with lsd, and in higher doses makes reality like a cartoon... Also, I hear it makes you wanna f*** like MDMA only it actually allows you to stand tall, whereas MDMA can leave you with something like whiskey dick... So man, it sounds like the dream drug, and I've not been lucky enough to come across it. I've been to music festivals hunting it and found everything but... Going back to resonate in April (Spirit of Suwannee music park) and feeling hopeful this year. Recently got a line on my current fav, 4aco dmt- so I been grateful and best bet I've been finding time to play around with it... High doses of that reminds me almost exactly of Ayahuasca, but not exactly.. it's def it's own entity, and high doses put you in a prolonged dmt like trip, with visuals so strong it's hard to distinguish reality. Def gotta nut up and prepare yourself and make sure you have a comfortable bed to crash on bc it'll have you couch locked.. What are y'all's thoughts and experiences with the 2c stuff, and also what do y'all think about 4aco? MDMA vs 2CB?..2CI?

2C-B is not called Dragonfly. There is a somewhat structurally related compound called Bromo-DragonFLY, but it doesn't have the same safety profile as 2C-B and has a way longer duration and different character. I think calling 2C-B a mixture of LSD and MDMA is a poor description. While 2C-B can get pretty euphoric and entactogenic, this is not guaranteed. I think 2C-B is best described as an easygoing psychedelic which typically lets the user in control. But it still needs to be respected - you wouldn't be the first to get burned by it, because as any psychedelic, not respecting set, setting and dosage can cause it to "bite back". It is excellent for sex but unlike psychostimulants, this is not fueled by a hunger for more dopamine in my opinion, but rather love. The tactile sense is amplified and you may find parts of your body erogenous which you haven't identified as such previously. But these aspects of it will be controlled by set and setting. You typically won't get randomly horny out on a hike on 2C-B. But cuddling with your partner on the couch may be a different story...

2C-I for me has some overlap to 2C-B, but personally I did not find it as euphoric or fun. It's a deeper psychedelic with strong visuals for me. I think it could work quite nicely in an erotic context anyways, but the dose needs to be controlled.

When 1 st RC started to be sold in smartshop s 2C-B was among the first.
It was sold as little tablet s each containing 5 mg/ 20 mg total. Used to share these with with anyone around. Taking 2 so 10 mg with low body weight: me and my GF mostly but i shared em with other s also.

And it a very remarkable substance very versatile and useful. Never had full-blown trip s on it at this point. We were taking sex doses. [they are indeed rumoured to have appeared in sex-shop s first/ should have known but it was pretty undercover]

At that dose it was a benign substance. Not draining or stimulating like MDMA.
Just a very good time. When it was taken up in Opiod restricting Law s.
And went illegal 2C-B appeared on the illegal drug market.

This were 15 mg pills and on these me and those i gave it to all got cartoonish.
Best headfuck in my mind hallucination s. As you mentioned the comic side of it.
I can concur all test subject s 3 total experienced this. At this point it was not really entactogenic but a real cool trip.

Unlike LSD or Psilocybine. A total new area. A hallucination that really stuck was looking at a scene in my house : a fragmented record hang as blobs in the air.
Round forms differentiating form s. So looking close at it it was wobbling.

And returned to normal a square/ record [vinyl] that was standing on the ground against my couch. These random hallucination s appeared randomly during the trip. Which was for me the most interesting part. Know no other psychedelic that can do that.

Thanks for that, your description sounds like it's based in reality, lol. I've heard 2ci can be intense...

I've tried 2C-B, 2C-C, 2C-D, 2C-E, 2C-I, 2C-P, 2C-T-2, 2C-T-4, and 2C-T-21, and I enjoyed all of them. My favorite is probably 2C-E, but I may decide I like 2C-P more after I get to know it better. My second favorite is probably 2C-T-2, followed by 2C-I and 2C-B which are roughly tied.

The 2C-X drugs are definitely psychedelic and are not much like MDMA but also not much like LSD. Most psychedelics do feature at least some entactogenesis/empathogenesis together with the psychedelia, and most of the 2C-X are very strong in that regard, with 2C-B and 2C-T-2 standing out in my view. I like them much more than MDMA. I think they feel much more authentic and more intense. Their "windows" last longer, don't drop off so abruptly, and the side-effects and after-effects are way better. The only downside really is that being true psychedelics, there is more chance of getting into a negative mind state with a 2C-X than with MDMA.

The 2C-X drugs also tend to be quite clear-headed compared to LSD or to the well-known tryptamines. Among them, 2C-I seems particularly strong in this regard. I've taken 2C-I at various parties / indoor events, and been able to enjoy stunning open eye visuals and strong stimulation (for dancing) without losing my bearings or the ability to socialize normally. I do think 2C-B is a little softer, easier going, and less stimulating than 2C-I and may be better for connecting with other people. Indeed, 2C-B may be the best first psychedelic for most beginners.

Another thing I'll mention is that I like eating while tripping on most 2C-X and often develop a strong appetite once I'm through the peak. Here I would say 2C-B and 2C-I are the standouts. This is another thing that tends to fail on MDMA. Sex on 2C-X? Fantastic, on pretty much all of them (as with almost all good psychedelics). Though my most memorable love-making experiences were on 2C-E and 2C-I. Here I think a lot depends on the compatibility between the people and the drugs, and 2C-B is again kind of the most easy going, which is probably why it got the better reputation as a sex drug.

Entactogenic effects Come from full blown trip doses. I usually take 25mgs orally and snort bumps off of another 25mgs capsule to get where I was. Not exactly like mdma but very euphoric and sexual.

I like 2C-B well enough. It's a gentle trip, more or less. Neutral and not super insightful for me. I don't find it at all similar to MDMA.

2c-b? 2c-i? "Nasa pills" means nothing to any of us.

I liked 2c-b a bit the body load was too heavy on 2c-i for me but I never dosed under 30-60mgs which is a bit too much. (HS days; cheap substance ='d heavy dosing) lol

Of course one can never be sure of pills without analysis, but "NASA pills" is a really common press for 2C-B. Needless to say other things have been pressed into this shape or contaminated such pills, but pressed 2C-I would probably be really rare these days.
