I used this combo during a 16 hour session at an underground psytrance rave in the woods two years ago. I randomly happened to find this rave while looking for a lost airpod outside my city within the radius shown in the app. I happened to have 4-MMC and Ketamine on me and was already high when I realized the bass in the distance wasn't a hallucination. This was the first and only time I had bought 4-MMC, and 3-MMC is the only other cathinone I've done, also just once. I've used neither since because they were too addictive. Luckily I didn't have enough of the 3-MMC to go on the 5 day binge I went on with 4-MMC. Aside from those hard serotonergics I've done MDMA, but when I take it these days I only feel wonderful until the drug peaks, which is when it turns into dread. The days after are drowsy with a mild afterglow, only a shadow of my first one which was intense and lasted more than a week, and it was just from a fourth of a blue punisher. Because I could no longer use MDMA I thought I would try combining these two, 4-MMC and Ketamine. Knowing my past with stims psychs and dissos, I was bound to be really excited, which is why the disappointment felt later on was real.
I'm usually the guy that wants the whole rainbow at once.
The psychedelia of the Ketamine was weakened drastically, making the couch-lock in the mud less optimal. Still nice, but you know, expectations ruined it.
There was no synergistic effect, but that's my experience, and I would love to know about yours (especially if it was different from mine)

yeah same 15 years ago that was a thing.. I wrote about it, I felt like my heart was exploding during my k-hole other than that it was colorful
