Yes. I’m almost at 6 months and have recently started to see improvements in the anhedonia. Between month 3 and now energy levels have also improved.
Thanks for this reply. I appreciate it. I’m feeling the exact same as when I was on my injections and it’s really difficult.

Bought St. John’s wort since I didn’t realize it was so easily accessible and doesn’t hurt to try. Got a buy 1 get 1 deal. Says to take 3 times a day but I can’t do that with my job so I hope 2 times will still make a noticeable difference. The bottle also says promotes a positive mood on the front, I hope so I’m dying to feel anything

It’s normal to feel stagnant and like nothing is improving at this stage. Hang in there, you’re in the hardest part of recovery.

how to stop panicking over brain damage? only one month and two weeks in, I am scared I will be one of those who don’t recover as the statistic is unknown

Just take 3 a day

It’s not unknown. It’s a 89% chance you recover and 20% chance you don’t if you’re a poster on bluelight. Generally. It’s a much higher percentage of people recovering than 80%, but in most cases blue light is reserved for the worst cases of side effects from invega

I feel like I will be those 20% who don’t recover, my sense of smell and taste are all fucked up

Is there anyone whose skin looks very dry and quite unhealthy? I am sure that my skin never gets enough nourishment from within and since I already feel like a filthy corpse during the day, I am sure that the stress caused by these feelings is reflected on my face.

I found the motivation to take a nice shower, shaving my beard and take a little care of my body, today i brush my teeth after every meal, it was not forced at all, it just came like that and i just did it.. Anyways tinnitus is very annoying and altered consciousness and perceptions and cognitive issue always here btw..

Hi friends, it's been a while since I've been here. It's been 26 months since I stopped taking injections or any medication, nothing at all. I feel 90% cured. I'm back to normal. It took forever. I was in a coma, so keeping hope alive takes a really long time, but you do end up getting better. Hang in there!
