Hey bluelighters! I need some help with comedown suggestions after binging cocaine. So currently I have been doing about a ball and gram about every two weeks pretty regularly. The high has always been pretty consistent no major cut issues and usually lasts about 30/45 mins between lines. The problem is that I binge pretty much regularly friday to Sunday also sometimes during the week while working (remotely). I will also lose track of how much i do when im going through emotional stuff so I will get another ball if need be to recoup the amount I lost track of. Anywho, my issue is that it's hard to come down after the binge. Generally my brain shuts down and my body is on ten so the high lasts longer. I have tried weed to even out the high shots of liquor to try to relax but they only make the high longer. Is there anything I can take naturally so my crash isn't as bad and I can sleep.? I've never taken benzos or anything I do take vitamins drink water with liquid iv and I try to eat after a couple of days

Well, you most likely are up 'ol Shit's Creek without a paddle or a canoe. But there are measures that can be taken to mitigate some of the "ick" from blowing crack clouds and railing gobbstoppers.

Personally, I WILL NOT even do cocaine unless I have an accompanying opiate. Methadone, Oxy and Heroin are my top 3 to IV with yayo. It makes the experience 10 times better IMO. You could take about 20-40(max) mg of loperamide(Immodium AD) with some grapefruit juice or glycoprotein inhibitor like prilosec to obtain a mild opioid effect, but I have doubts it would be strong enough to matter. There are other options like Kratom or 7OH, although I don't recommend them due to their activation of other receptors.

Alcohol can be a great equalizer, as long as the acute effects of the cocaine have wore off. Otherwise, it will do pretty much nothing as you are discovering. Be careful though as it can creep up to slap the shit out of you. The next thing you know, you'll be barfing and passed out. Some medications like Melatonin are ok as well, but try to stay away from Tylenol PM(diphedramiine) bc it normally has an adverse reaction and an opposite effect. Then of course, if you have any type of benzodiazepine, that's kind of an obvious solution... but don't double down or over do it. Benzos are highly addictive and can cause problems themselves.

My best advice... and this one always works- go jog around the block. I'm not kidding... go for a short run or jog and afterwords drink a large glass of water and eat something easy, even if you're not hungry. Force it down if you have to. The only thing that's gonna get those drugs through your system faster is raising your metabolism. Running increases heart rate...which jumpstarts the body to expedite the process of eliminating drug and its effects and results in natural high from endorphins.

Good Luck,

SMTBS

Edit: Second thought... unless you have access to strong opiates and only if you feel comfortable taking them would it be advisable. Sorry its early... or late and I haven't slept but a few hours.

Thanks for your response. My dopamine levels are normally high out the gate so releasing the energy is no problem. It's just after a few days and im not relaxed enough to go to sleep or just rest. My last binge i was up 4 days with no comedown I was miserable!

I don't think loperamide is gonna help a coke comedown. Probably just more drugs for your liver to chow through.

You said NATURALLY. So if that's the case you could try a couple of rehydration/electrolyte sachets. Maybe one of the more sedating herbs like valerian, passion flower, hops or lemon balm. As a tea, tincture shot or caps. Then try sleep or chill.

Synthetics like z drugs or benzos and sleep for unnatural options. Use as infrequently as possible.

Cocaethylene is no joke. Trust me.

I think it kicks in more if alcohol is already in your system when you do the coke. I don't recommend it, though. It's extremely addictive.
Yea because when I try to drink or take shot on the high it doesn't do anything but make me wanna blow another line to try and mitigate the damn coke high after a few minutes to level me out.

I definitely appreciate all your advice.. I honestly wouldn't even know where to start to acquire benzos without a script. But I will try all you guys have suggested..Thanks

You are indeed correct. I was just rambling and haven't had a great deal of sleep. Kudos for pointing out the stress on organs like the liver.

... horrible for the kidneys as well.

High dopamine... ah, I remember the good old days... Lol.

It takes some intense self pep-talks(and constant aggravation from my assistant mr. dog) to get my behind in gear to go produce some of those lovely endorphins.

Might go grab a mile here shortly, god knows I need it. It's just so difficult taking my own advice.
