Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v11

Does anyone else feel a constant pressure in their brain- a heavy feeling that doesn’t go away.

I have some memory problems, frission isn't what it used to be and neither are orgasms consistently. Almost though. I still have poor genital sensation sometimes and sometimes my emotions feel blunted again. But I can carry on with my life. I have no anhedonia or DPDR, although sometimes things feel a little flat or far away. I'm going to start working harder and dating. Going to try to get a car and move out by 2027. Another goal I have is learning how to drive, but I do poorly when I have to be self-taught, it's hard to actually sit down and do the learning. I'm going to try to get classes, but I'm not making enough money at my job right now to afford classes, so I have just been buying clothes because I really needed new clothing. A friend of mine who is a bit higher on the autism spectrum than I am just got her license and if she can do it, I can do it.

If I ever recover l will damn sure stay here and be open to anyone that wants some assistance. This is pure hell, three months in and no alleviation-except my jaw no longer clenching. I hope by month 6 there will be some improvements because this is difficult.

Your akathisia should clear up around 3.5 months based on people who recovered this. Anhedonia though--that can take up to 9-12 months. Hang in there. I still have akathisia but I had 6 injections and I’m going to have to wait longer.

I feel fatigued even though I am sleeping for like 14 hours

yeah I have akathisia but I developed bad fatigue recently and I am wondering if it’s diabetes symptoms or are the injection
 
I can’t wait for it to be June-July so I can be fully recovered by then, i am currently just looking to get a job, hopefully I pass time

this is awful

It's ridiculous that this stuff is so misunderstood by professionals. It does last longer than a month and people are experiencing known side effects.

I told them there are people online experiencing side effects but they were like you don’t know their medical history and just gaslighting
