Does anything topped with melted cheese ever look short of delicious?!?

In this case it’s enchiladas under the blanket of molten cheesy goodness. Made using a Spice Tailor kit and actually pretty damn good. I usually make my own but thought I’d try the kit as it looked intriguing. I’d say it was a bit of a winner!

I ate some chicken in some sauce, with bread. It was damn revolting. I had dived the stuff, I would never buy any, but even as relatively poor person, I need to emphasize how gross chicken tastes in most forms and how I could not finish the damn mess.

Recently finished dinner of pork tacos, but had the above as a starter with crackers. Never seen it before but was really frikkin tasty. Blue but not overly blue, if you know what I mean.

About as “sharp” as a very strong cheddar, with just a nice level of blue cheese funk. Recommended!

Had a cheeky dessert bowl of apple & salted caramel pudding n custard. Absolutely banging. Clyde the Cancer Cat cleaned the bowl after I finished. He usually has zero interest in sweet stuff but absolutely went to town on that custard!

We celebrate a day early due to family commitments, hence…

Traditional Xmas brunch consisting of a fresh Scottish morning roll stuffed wiv a nice Cumberland sausage, slice of square sausage, two rashers of steaky bacon, a tattie scone and couple slices of Scottish black pudding.

Yes, yes the latter is different to the English variant - the fat is cut much smaller and melts completely when cooked.

Obviously served with a goodly squirt of broon sauce.

Soooo fukkin good
