Hello all.

According to my Apple Watch I slept for 7 hours and 50 minutes last night and it also said my heart rate was 59bpm which is the lowest I've ever seen it, is that too low? My Apple Watch didn't say it was too low, I just wanna see what you guys think. Cheers!

You're supposed to take it 3 times and then get an average from those.
When we ask if something is "normal", the answer needs to consider what is "normal" for you.

I use a wearable, so appreciate where you're coming from.
Your resting pulse is more about having a measure of your fitness.
Its your blood pressure that more accurately indicates immediate cause for concern.
Blood pressure checks can definitely appear unusual during withdrawal. At least you had a decent bit of sleep there. That's really the thing that matters.

Blood pressure monitors are pretty cheap. If you get one, just be sure to get one with an arm cuff.

my resting pr is 55-60 normally.
bp fairly low.

i know ive had heart related issues all my life and dr sees it but like takin yer car to a mechanic; it runs fine til ya drive away.

just sayin there may or.may not be issues best to bring it up with a medical professional who may refer out to a specialist.

best of luck with this,
