As to Russia drug scene...major problem,bigger than mephedrone is alpha PvP...then came mephedrone..meth almost is absent...guess too risky to brew anything than samogon"moonshine alcohol."....from opioids they used mostly methadone...ofcourse all is illegal.. penalties for drug related crimes are very big...dealers don't exist...all is online darkweb platforms.u choose Ur drug,pay(I guess crypto currency) and they send u a picture when u can find Ur stuff...somewhere under some stone in the park,or dug somewhere or hide inside some corner in old abandoned building....it's real adventure to go and seek Ur stuff...police is on alert and strictly watch people which looking for something on the ground or just wandering around....also exist "vultures"which regularly searching everywhere to find a hidden stash...very strange situation...looks like a game....which could have a real bad finish...despite all of this they got huge drug problem-especially with salt(PvP)and mephedrone
 
I'm from Russia and I can relate, alpha-PVP is far more worse problem, because it's 2x cheaper and 3x potent, and causes the psychosis easily, mephedrone is one of the safest stimulant type drug. I've binged a tons of it and almost never had problems. Mepthedrone killed mostly all drugs in the market. Meth, Amp, Coke, E, MDMA... all got deprecated. So now we only have Meph, Alpha, Methadone, and hash and I can say it's pretty "healthy" market if we exclude Alpha. Far more healthier than what we had in early 90s before dark web.
I've tried Meth and MDMA and coke, they all far worse in effects and especially side effects. The only problem is that mephedrone gets very addictive especially first times. And I saw some of my friends starts to IV it (me either). This route is very bad for itself, after first times you got much stronger addiction and doses increases a lot. Typical one time dose for me was 350mg IV. However recovery from mephedrone is ultra fast and never got long term effects like MDMA.

BTW, due to the illegal status and precursors statues some people got theory that a real mephedrone is gone from the market and they sell some other analogues by the name "Mephedrone". however it's almost impossible to make sure for now. However I left Russia in 2022 so, I can't relate to this statement. And I heard this issue all time.

Whoever respect their own freedom and more so, their money yo, doesn't to drop-offs like is a Battle Royale game.

I know some even leave it on a McDonald order or something more humane.

Drops offs are hunted by the police, they have scouts and hence why in Italy is almost impossible to do such talent.
 
russia has this problem because the cocaine there is reserved to who has status(mafia) and is not common for a kid to snort like this out of nowhere.

at least this is what I know from someone up there I spoke to.

I was in Moscow 3 years ago with work objectives and I haven't had enough to look around but the cafe lounges there seem more cured than appearances dictates.
