I used to love and lurk bluelight.org since 2010 and once in like 2014-2015 I posted about this new method to induce to suboxone (got clean without it but thats not the point) microdosing while on H still. Everyone got mad, got a lot of negative msgs telling me all kinds of stuff and a mod even deleted my post.

Now is totaly acceptable talking about it. It was the bernese method and I got so much hate I never returned till now that I remembered and was looking for something to send a friend some info. Maybe a lot more people where treated like me and went away from the page and some died some are still strugling cause this was their safe heaven.

Hope is not like that anymore there must be ppl like me that got treated like shit while really burnerable and on pain being clean and readings others stories and making it anothet day because of it. And left to relapse cause some of us are outcasts that even amother addict look at us with contempt.

Hope everyone is doing well and I hope there still a bunch of ppl from those days. Maybe I find the surprise that Robert is back lol. Plz dont treat ppl like garbage and dont diminish them while their are just trying to put their 2 cents. Have a great one!

Thanks a lot! I hope people here have matured and stoped being so close minded or the majority are new people cause I was just trying to help fellow addicts to have it easier before everyone knew of the method.

The deleted post and the treatment made me feel awful while already feeling awful. I was just trying to help my people, I wasnt looking to do any harm. And look how it is now, lots of info about it. I really hope the mods of these times are better people.

That era was a couple years before mine. From what I know it was a little chaotic, which probably carried into but maybe slowed down a bit In 2018ish when I joined and things were very fun and laid back. We probably would have been more tolerant of harm reduction that included still using but any genuine attempt to do it less. Was probably sober less times than more so I don't have the best judgement of the situation.

When I was gone around 2022-2024, things seemed a bit more woke when I came back to pop in a couple times a year (I don't like that word woke but it seems to capture it. intolerant of crude expression, trying to be progressive to the point of dismissing the ones who were most destructive but still equally deserving of support. lots of banning, lots of new members who didn't know the forums history). From what I know that sounded a bit like what you experienced in 2014-15?

Now in 2025 there are a lot less moderators, but what stands out to me the most (knowing most of them) is the knowledge and maturity, which are precursors to being helpful and fair. Also the activity on the forum in general has slowed down since your time so it's easier to catch those who are not being helpful.

It's great to hear from your perspective that the information is still sound and carries through the years.

Opps I meant to reply to OP, oh well... sorry things went bad for you first time around at any rate you are here now and I'm glad you joined us. I look forward to reading what you have to say. Feel free to express yourself we may not agree with everything but for the most part we try to openminded because diversity is what makes BL what it is.
