Hey, it is going to be ruff for a few days to a week or so likely. Really depressed, restless legs, no sleep etc. I would recommend possibly using standard leaf kratom to cut back slowly replacing doses with standard leaf. I would also look into mulungu extract its completely legal and a potent sedative and also a blood pressure medication much like clonidine which is commonly used help ease the pain of opiate withdrawal. It's a prescription drug in Brazil but legal everywhere else without prescription I'm not sure I'm supposed to share any direct sources for products on this website even if those products are legal but feel free to PM me. Also keep in mind that when you are in discomfort that is your body repairing itself and your nervous system going back to the way it was this is the reverse of an opiate high which is why you are experiencing the reverse of it's symptoms. So try to keep yourself as often as possible in mild but bearable withdrawal, and use things like ibuprofen, acetaminophen, black seed oil, mulungu extract, etc to prevent symptoms.
If you do this you should be able to get through it okay but due to the insomnia you will very likely end up having to take a solid two or three days off work in the beginning. You might not have to but you might after that you'll probably fall asleep due to exhaustion and once you wake up things will still be uncomfortable but not so bad. The first week is the worst by far day two is usually the worst.
Another useful medication to prevent suffering during opioid withdrawal is actually low dose DXM. DXM is commonly found in over the counter cough syrup and is often abused by teenagers to get high but if you take it in a dosage that is slightly higher than the standard dosage recommended on the bottle but lower than the dosage that gets you high say 60 to 80 mg going possibly up to 90 or 100 at most this will prevent a lot of pain and suffering because it's an nmda agonist which means that it is an anesthetic in addition it actually has moderate action at opiate receptors itself so it tickles your opiate system just enough to calm you down it also releases serotonin which in combination with the nmda stuff can do a lot to prevent depression. The only thing I would say about DXM is that you should be careful not to take it for very long because it can be habit forming and just as dangerous of an addiction, on the other hand if you can find memantine which can sometimes be located online that is another nmda agonist which is cleaner and safer on the brain it's currently a prescription drug to heal brain damage and protect against further brain damage used for Alzheimer's patients this stuff also does a great job reducing opioid withdrawal effects and I have used it myself to great success but it shouldn't be used at night or enlarged doses cuz it's powerfully stimulating. Sorry for the wall of text I hope that helps feel free to ask me any other questions I'll do my best to help.
