Misc What is the reasoning behind "parachuting"? Does it actually work better than just raw-dogging the substance?

i used to chew some pills and swallow but i heard it's bad for the teeth... maybe it started cause of that. idk a lot of pills tastes bad.

Yeah, same. I'd usually chew them very thoroughly and swallow. Tried parachuting powder from my Zomorph* tonight and I DO feel like it hit a little stronger, but I also took them on an empty stomach and (no idea if this makes any difference) I'd also taken PeptoBismol like 20mins before and like 80mins before.
*slow-release Morphine. They're capsules with little beads in (the beads being the slow-release mechanism) so I have to open them and then crush all of the beads into a powder.

Back in the day people used to say that it would make your e pill hit harder. It actually made was helpful for me because every single time I would swallow an ecstasy pill I would puke. When I would parachute it I wouldn’t have an issue with it. I think that if parachuting is something you are really interested in then just buy some empty gel caps.

Makes sense for when I parachuted Amphetamine Sulphate, though, that shit tastes NASTY.

The most rapid oral administration I find is place tablets in clean glass, run tap hot water for bit…slow the flow on tap and add an ounce or two of hot water…..sitting in hot water for 30sec, I swirl glass around and tablets fall apart into cloudy solution…..add sweet orange juice and drink.
