It seems a bit hardcore to pave in that much effort to make a drug. If you want a morpholine compound consider 3-Benzhydrylmorpholine or alternatively consider SCH-5472.

Apparently the drug is called Methylmorphenate.

That's the first time i've heard of it. It would be interesting to learn what the chemical synthesis is in the laboratory since I think your method is only theoretical.

It says here that "Methylmorphenate and propylphenidate were obtained from reChem Labs (Ontario, Canada) and afterwards identified and tested for purity using nuclear
magnetic resonance (NMR) and HPLC, which revealed purity > 95%."

I looked into it and tracked down the synthesis of methylmorphenate:

2,6-Diphenylcyclohexanone [37904-84-0] is in the database.

Alternately, instead of doing a reductive amination one could make ethers or oximes. Consider for fluvoxamine.

NC1C(C2=CC=CC=C2)CCCC1C3=CC=CC=C3

is not in the database though.

1,3-Diphenyl-2-aminopropane [4275-43-8] is the closest match i could find.

You're welcome to gamble it.
