Nootropics CREATINE! A new age?

doesn't do much for me, water retention and taking cannabis always made me feel more dehydrated on it
 
Seems like possible minor effect.


Not really something that had an effect on me. Best results have for me generally emerged during good eating and sleeping habits after around 3-4 weeks of disciplined diet, exercise and sleep, most mental and social tasks are much easier and enjoyable.

Remember that creatine restores normal ATP production (via mitochondria). Mitochondria produce ATP and the hormones pregnenolone, progesterone and DHEA.

Younger people have better functioning mitochondria which explains why they don't always notice significant effects from creatine.

Other mitochondria enhancers include:

Wonder if it might potentiate the Ketamine, or other dissos?

I just ordered some, I will never be able to tell if shit like this works, or i just convinced myself it works. 10 grams is a lot of powder to blind test with placebo
 
I literally just today decided that I'm gonna start taking it. It seems to have so many brain-benefits (amongst other things).
 
Admittetly finding a place that carrie s herb s. And at the same time not knowing if they contain any of the actives like Erytrhavine. First time i had Mulungu.
Both an extract about 2/ 4 times as strong as the bark shred s. bought both.
Very long ago when you could buy herb s from UK, like Kratom or Kava.

The Netherland s had not woken to the internet age yet. These worked the same with equivalent dosage. And was a very effective sleep-aid. Best i ever had, as it had no sedative or lingering effects, so no residual grogginess. And a excellent sleep, besides being a very effective seizure control/ anti-convulsion. [on paper/ no pers. experience]

My last purchase, last bag Mulungu bark from a local Head-shop. Looked the same, but seemed devoid of effects. Didn t work or was bunk ? Didn t find a other local source. Kinda like most supplement s, hard to find not to much to write back about.

Yeah, I live in the UK and (this was several years ago...like 9 or 10) and you could literally buy Kava on amazon.

Start at 3g a day for a few days first see how you feel.
 
If you've never taken LSD with creatine you've only experienced a tenth of what LSD can do.

My lsd trip tonight fucking popped, after creatine last week not sure if its because of the exercise this week now, i am sure that affects trip quality too. Im thinking there is something to this creatine thing though

Its definately worth furthur experimentation!! 😀

Nice effect on weed edibles too.
 
I'd be scared to stop at this point. The few times I forgot to take it I found myself standing in the kitchen catching flies lol.

Taken Creatine daily since my initial post.
1 blotter LSD might cause a +++++ on the scale. Wow.

Creatine is solid, no clue mentally. But feel better then before taking it.
Took a lot of supplement s. This seem s beneficial and easy accessible.
Muscles seemed to stay during a abstinent period.

Short burst s still doable. Condition is shot.
Logical feels easier to pick it up though. Maybe tomorrow.
Muscles seem to gotten soft but stayed, is that water retention. Looks great.

Creatine mono-Hydrate, got my blessing according it is missing in my diet.

Taking a gram daily about 3 months. And developing pretty sensitive nipples.
Bit enlarged to. Not male Brest s still look like soft muscle. When my shirt rubs over them. Pretty irritating feel, so not normal for me.

Coincidence ? Creatine only thing changed then this came up.
Safe to say gonna discontinue my use for a while.
See if it stay s or goes.

There are some thing s about gynecomastia. And Creatine nothing conclusive.
But it is mentioned Creatine might work on Hormones. Raising Testosterone.
resulting in higher Estogen through aromatisation. No expert on this.

But my 10 cents. Regarding supplementing it.
 
I dont think a gram a day is even a threshold dose emkee. Im taking 10-25 grams a day and my nips are fine.
