My recent experience with various benzos

I already have L-theanine, which I have been taking before bed along with magnesium glycinate, however after reading the info in this post I am thinking I will save it until I actually stop the benzos along with the other supps I now have on my shopping list.

Magnolia bark extract is strangely enough cheap and available, if its of use. .
I only read about Magnolol and Honokiol, and on paper they are described as
GABA-a agonist s.

What i am looking for i ssomething to replace Benzo s for sleep and Seizure control.

Is Phytol as active also found in Magnolia Bark ? Like Honokiol.

And do you have personal experience with Magnolia Bark extract,
standardised to 50 % Magnolol/ Honokiol. Very curious if it is effective.
Or more like Valerian, LemonBalm or PassieFlora working on the back-ground.

Even Mulungu was hit and miss, on papr it shines and out-competes Diazepam,
as Mulungu has only healthy side effect s. But my 2-nd and most recent purchase seemed devoid of sleep inducing effect s and as Seizure prevention medication.
It failed to do something. So on paper they used a medical grade standardised extract.

It was a prescribed med where they tested it, i rely on what is delivered to me.

only a benzo will cure WD from benzos if using get diazepam half them and taper as best you can.i got down from huge amounts to 5mg daily.then to 5 mg every second day then I landed midazolam and well let's say there a game changing benzo if any benzos user has expierience with benzos they will tell you midazolam is the most unique strong benzo IV found including etizolam water soluble changed the game for me I treat it with caution.as for coming of I rest eat well have no stress sleep repeat benzos are for life if you start taking constantly.im lucky in a way I have access to most medications due to my connections I always have and will love and respect them.

nitazepam id the only benzos in the world that acts like a hammer for sleep it's so different I put 6mg in a little water yesterday it dissolved took it last night.iv got loads and I am wary of when to take it I have diazepam bromazepam alprazolam for daily use nitraz is defo a nighttime benzo buddy

Yes — but it’s a nuanced topic. There are no drugs that safely and directly “upregulate” (i.e., increase the number of) GABA receptors in a simple or permanent way. However, some compounds can enhance GABA receptor function, increase receptor sensitivity, or indirectly promote receptor expression under certain conditions.

Yes I have gone through benzodiazapine withdrawal.

no IV always avoided benzobwd by having alot of available diazepam.iv been down to 5mg every 2 days though this feels quite bad but bearable then I increase again.currently today IV took 10 mg clonazepam.nnovember the 7th got 80bof those some bromazolam and a fair few 10mg diazepam .This is always what I do stock up on valium and buy various other benzos

never stopped benzos to WD.iv always had backup diazepam.im aware of my dependence and will continue on with benzos unless something drastic happens.my life is full.good and happy.np

Just so you know any accord or teva or any actuall name brand will almost certainly be fakes. Gone are the days when doctors proscribed benzos for anything so there pressed and can sometimes be full of prozac and other horrible stuff.anyone who has ever had a love affair with valium knows what it tastes like ,the aftertaste should leave a distintive taste on your palette ,it's that aftertaste you know you've not been ripped off.if you are intending to take any benzos which I strongly advise against then Pakistan benzos in my experience are the safest .they might be underdosed but they almost always contain the active ingredient.
