how to build immunity
i have ulcers coming up in my tongue and throat, swelling, can tell my immune system is taking a hit.
is peppermint tea going to help
anything i should get, i have taken a swig of olive leaf extract.
need vit c
ginger could be good to get, turmeric, lemons, honey,
found some black seed oil i think that's on the cards

Sounds you are ahead 'black seed oil' is new to me sort of no exp.
It is a slow climb, how was your situation in general before.

In how was it before building immunity became priority.
Maybe there where other reason s ?

i can't always pass as a germophobe in public so i pick up things from people but i like to nip the problem in the bud.
did a lot of gear some dxm, so i always assume stim comedown can come with getting bit sick.

You contract germs like a magnet ? COVID some how never infected me.
I seldom get sick but i by no means know how. i am not that healthy.
But i remember when my daughter went to school,
i got every disease including pneumonia, bad case.
Woke and felt like being choked. It is ill contracting germ s,
i have no clue what cause it or prevent s ?

Seem s that their is a immunity to be gained, or luck !
Don t know if that is a good thing.
But it s definitely appreciated, i will have to dive in.

No clue why i am saved, uncharted territory.
Hope other s chime in.
 
Garlic garlic garlic,Green tea,kefir,fermented foods in general.Do your best to get your gut biome balanced and you won't believe all the immunity you will attain,its my number one suggestion to build immunity in my life long experience
 
You should go the doctor if you have body inflammations.

All these treated online and by yourself will likely result in self-harm and possibily advance the situation to a point where the scale doesn't balance anything anymore.

Mint tea is bad for stomach and stomach is linked to everything you do. Also for the gums.

Once in a while if you crave you can buy a pack of 20 envelopes and boil 1 cup and 1 envelope to enjoy. But then also buying a mint flavor chocolate is the same fish food, is artificial(or little to none, depends on brand) and it doesn't have the risk of using directly mint properties.

Ginger is the same risk as well, it plays with the blood in a negative way, it just thins it.

VIT C in a prolonged release form and a quantity less than 300mg could be ok with blood works at day.

Ir seem s also to lead to seeking real-eave in pattern s with negative pattern s.

They did blood screening s on people with mental and physical illness. And i do remember the anti body s where measurable raised in both cases.

Also unnecessary pain, the pain after the initial seemed counter productive. As it raises stress-hormones which are immune suppressant s, if i am correct.
I will have to double check most of it !

But the same response happens in your gut s. Be it physical pain direct or chronic.
Stress of depressed mood all seem to effect immune system response and the gut.

Was about to ramble on about solution s. This seem s to look at the cause.
Healthy lifestyle is helpful for healing and maintaining. I have a gut feeling 🫵
