Technical Problem Unreachable page?

I was reading the forum guidelines in the music section and they offer links for drug music which I reallyyy wanna talk abt but I can't seem to acces it? My browser just tells me the page is unreachable which is a bummer! Does anyone know how I can get there or if it's just inactive/under repair/etc? Thanks! : D

i think i found the thread to which that linked pointed. i've updated the guidelines with a working link to the thread.
