Opioids Hydromorphone

Just want to know what to do with 2mg hydromorphone... How much to take?
I have always been a carefully for user.
I smoke about 0.05 heroin daily so not so much. Some times I slam maybe 0.03 but it's unpredictable.. I spew to much.
So if I boof 1mg would that be enough.
I am also slamming meth daily. Had 2 shots in the last 6 hours. Totally add up about 0.14

Hydromorphone has got a low oral bioavailability so I'd snort or "boof" it, try and avoid injecting it because of the fillers. But if you've got a tolerance to Heroin then I wouldn't expect too much from 2mg.

Hydromorphone has got a low oral bioavailability so I'd snort or "boof" it, try and avoid injecting it because of the fillers. But if you've got a tolerance to Heroin then I wouldn't expect too much from 2mg.illl

2mg will work. Hydromorphone is good insufflated, no need for other routes. Oral is OK, but not as good.

Smoked it the other day, (it's relatively simple to get it to base form unlike other opiates) kicks as strong as Dilaudid (rush wise) but is definitely stronger and feels heavier. Very good euphoria

Desomorphine isn't new. In Russia it's called Krokodil because of what the chemicals used to synthesize it from Codeine do to your skin, the chemicals aren't filtered out and they have a necrotic effect which makes your skin look reptilian. Google it.

For some reason, (sublingual) dissolving Oxycodone HCl is not mentioned often. Most likely because online it states the sublingual bioavailability is less than 20%.

This is False with a capital "F" -- I cannot think of a better way other than IV. The bioavailability is better than the listed PO (oral) 86% sublingually.

Talking about a quicker onset of action, better pain relief, higher blood plasma levels, and it extends the half-life.

Not bullshitting.

Also about Desomorphine, the situation with that in Russia is not good, as even I know synthesis from Codeine is very simple and straight forward, and basically so is cleansing and filtering, it is basically lack of motivation in the guys cooking it that caused them to have such side effects.

I personally use actual diluted Permonid from Austria, it is very good.

Interestingly enough, the Codeine cooked Desomorphine yields another opioid called Chloromorphine, which is x4 stronger, (40x morphine) very cool stuff.

Yeah the Chloromorphide is an intermediate opioid during the synthesis of Desomorphine. What's interesting about Chloromorphide is it's a halogenated form of Morphine as it has Chlorine in the 6 position instead of a hydroxy group which makes it 10x more potent than Morphine.

Wow so you would say Desomorphine is better than Hydromorphone? Ive heard similar comparisons before so I wouldnt be surprised

Taken IV, hydromorphone is about twice as potent as PURE heroin. We have no idea how strong your dope is. If you can gauge your tolerance against e.g. oxycodone, then it's about three-four times as strong. Even assuming the dope you got is weaksauce, say 10%, of which you shoot 30mg, then 1mg hydromorphone is gonna be equal to that - at best. If your dope is any stronger, then 2mg may fall short as well.

Basically, 2mg is not going to be dangerous, and if you have any tolerance, 1mg is not gonna blow you away.

Hydromorphone is my second favourite opioid (after heroin), and the rush from mainlining it is just as good as dope. I just find the H euphoria's got more legs; after 15 minutes or so, I start to prefer heroin - up until then they're neck and neck.

Really? I've had a bunch of furanyl-fentanyl and while I find it far and away the most euphoric of all 5 or 6 fentanyl analogues I have tried, it's got nothing on heroin, hydromorphone, or morphine. Maybe on par with oxycodone or U-47700 euphoria-wise, but worse for its short duration and really strong sedative effects; then when the initial high wears off and you wanna re-dose, you can easily take too much.

Not planning to, but would you say 4mg Hydromorphone IV for someone with no tolerance is too much? Since Hydromorphone IV is supposedly 5 - 10x morphine

Depends. It could be if you're sensitive, but I would take more than that even if I hadn't touched an opioid in years - because I can gauge how much of this stuff I can tolerate from experience. If you have no current tolerance but have done similar equivalent doses before, also without tolerance, then go for it. If you never had stronger stuff before then I wouldn't say start with 4mg, to be safe, but it's more likely to be unpleasant than dangerous.
