Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v11

Take your adhd meds, I find that even though I don’t “feel” them like I used to they still help with energy, focus, and motivation

How long after your last injection did they start doing something? My concern is they might never work again, not sure how common it is for them to work like they did pre-injection or how long it takes
 
We will get through this. I’m not sure how but we will persevere. One day at a time.
 
Guys we got lobotomized, there is no recovery from lobotomy.

1: accept that and try to live with it.

2: if you can’t live with it you know what you have to do.

Do yourself a favor and don’t fool yourself with recovery expectations, be honest to yourself and listen to your brain. We won’t recover from a lobotomy and we know that.

If you can take it and live with it this is good for you, because there is only another option, and it’s not recovery in the long run.

Maybe Invega is recoverable but Risperidone isn’t. I got Risperidone Consta then Risperidone Uzedy. Uzedy was 10x worse than Consta even at a lower dose. Such bad akathesia.

I don’t think they stopped working, I just stopped feeling the euphoric effects from it (like other substances). I started taking my adhd meds when I was still getting injections.
The days I don’t take my meds I am low energy and tired like before my injections

All of our situations are extremely circumstance and leave much room to be vastly different from one another, despite us taking similar/ the same medication.

It’s been 15 months for @RisperdalConsta50mg for a medication that has a half life of 6 days, meaning it should’ve been fully eliminated from his system within a month to a month a half’s time and he should’ve returned to baseline by month 4 at worst. Instead it’s month 15, so his feelings about the way he feels are proven valid by his circumstance.

You keep asking the same questions my man, if you pay attention to the documents that are being provided constantly or review historical threads and see for yourself.

There’s a 77-80% chance of recovery, and nearly a 100% chance for recovery(in a dataset of 21 people) if you’re able to get high while on/recovering from Invega.

Ugh. They stopped working altogether for me.
