Wich would be the most safe/effective? I'm trying to decide on kpins, blue lotus, kava kava or propranolol and just want to hear your guys experiences with any of these things and coke comedowns.

Benzos are the traditional way. I use alcohol as unhealthy as that is. It removes the horror of the experience to me. One of the tough things though is after drinking a bit I'm liable to dip back into the bag and wind up uncomfortably high again. So benzos are the more recommended option.

Alcohol enzymes + Cocaine enzymes meet in the liver and create Cocaethylene. It's more euphoric and addictive than either by itself. That's why the combo is insanely popular. If I'm drinking, I'm finishing the bag; if I have a bag I'm finishing the bottle.

Kava(make you feel a little happier and sleepy) can be good, as can a potent Mulungu extract(knock you out). Im not sure about lotus. Kpins obviously will work like a charm as well.

Used to use alcohol, tried opioids wether heroin or synthetic opioids and found the opioids disgusting and the thought of being hooked to that stuff made never use them again, but booze can start the use of the cocaine again, BUT the best thing I found for a cocaine comedown - withdrawal -hangover was stopping cocaine use full stop, I think about doing crack everyday but I am not going back anytime soon, I was existing like a zombie -tramp enternaly unwashed etc, I'm happy now I managed to quit it took me just over a year to throw the pipes in the trash, and I feel awake, aware and healthier now compared to the last 15 years of crack and sniff, even shaving is a delight and something aswell as other personal hygiene that I had severly lacked, didn't even purchase deodorant or shower gel or shampoo for over 7-9 months a time as it was crack and booze money as I saw it, as crack was my only focus, I find a teaspoon of creatine a day is great for easing away brain fog and regaining congetive focus aswell, I know it's classed as a sports/physical health supplement but it does have a positive mental effect 🙏💙🙏💙🙏

Fwiw here are some options that are far more efficient than alcohol or benzos. They'll boost GABA, restore dopamine levels, reduce withdrawals and reduce tolerance build-up. Technically you could use this stack daily to improve your quality of life.
  • Agmatine
  • Niacinamide
  • Taurine
  • Theanine
  • Aspirin (low dose, 81mg)
  • Inosine
  • Creatine
  • magnesium/sodium/potassium/calcium
  • Sodium ascorbate
  • Fruit juice/honey (glucose basically)

Creatine has been called a fast-acting antidepressant in some papers due to how it works. So has agmatine which I included in my list. IMHO you'll find the items I mentioned very beneficial. They would work equally well in a drug recovery stack since they facilitate recovery of the fundamental metabolic system which governs everything else.

Late to the party, but my absolute nr 1 is oxazepam. I take 15mg just before having the last line of coke. Then I poor myself a whiskey or two. No comedown, no anxiety and I sleep like a baby!

If you want something you can by at the drugstore, you can try valerian (the extra strong pills), lavender or passionflower extract. Magnesium also calms the nervoussystem.

What the reasoning behind these? Was especially curious to see a blood thinner.

It’s so interesting to see this anecdotally. If I am remembering correctly I think there’s a study about it effectively correcting cognitive delays due to lack of sleep using a one-time large dose? I’ll have to look into it, but nice to see the reports.

I think I would try alcohol. A large dose. I think it would work nice if I was a normal man.

I hope somebody mentioned this is a BAD PATH TO GO -- alcohol and cocaine create a metabolite(?) called cocoaethylene which is 3x as potent and toxic as cocaine.

I.E if you want to potentiate your coke buzz have a drink first (But be real careful both bad for the heart)

BENZOS are your answer -- DO NOT GET ADDICTED!! If you do not have the willpower to not get addicted to benzos try benadryl as it should lower your blood pressure. I wanna reccommend clonodine if you have access to it but I am not positive there are no reactions. (Prolly aren't but im no doctor)

failing that I think kava will help in the sense it takes time and does relax you a bit ... opioids are a bad plan as they addictive as hell, before ya know it the coke will be phased out lol

Personally I would never do anything stimulant -- hell heart race increasing without some benzos on hand. Old BL saying "You never wanna fly without landing gear" (anyone remembers who said that I owe em a pepsi)

Not the most harm reductionist standpoint probably but how I feel.

Wouldnt you have concern that some of those things may have already been used as cuts and you are now adding to an already unmeasured dose? Im not a lab guy but pretty sure ive seen a couple of those turn up in coke samples

Cocaethylene is a highly toxic, psychoactive chemical produced in the liver when cocaine and alcohol are consumed together. While it is pharmacologically active, it significantly increases heart rate and blood pressure, posing a much higher risk of immediate cardiac arrest and sudden death than either substance used individually. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Formation
When cocaine and ethanol are metabolized simultaneously by the liver, the body synthesizes a new compound: cocaethylene. This is a rare instance where a pharmacologically active substance is created entirely within the human body during metabolism.

Effects and Health Risks
  • Duration: Cocaethylene remains in the bloodstream significantly longer than cocaine, with a half-life estimated to be 3 to 5 times longer.
    • Cardiotoxicity: The substance places severe, prolonged stress on the cardiovascular system. It is known to depress heart muscle function and significantly raise the risk of dangerous arrhythmias.
    • Lethality: Research indicates that cocaethylene is more potent in mediating lethality than cocaine alone. The combined use of alcohol and cocaine is estimated to increase the risk of immediate death by 18 to 25 times compared to using cocaine by itself. [1, 2, 3, 4]
