What is a sure fire way to get a top notch hit that will blow your socks off. IM talking opiates mainly oxymorph and what t o potentiate it with? If you could have 1 last hit before you died what would you go with???
 
A lot of people would probably say IV hydromorphone or IV heroin. With those you don't need any potentiators.

I remember oxymorphone being pretty good orally, but iirc you had to eat a high fat meal ahead of time (or with the pill?) to get it to absorb properly. Wouldn't be the one hit I'd want before I die though.

you can always boost the effects of a bag by chewing on a really small amount of datura like chewing on one leaf for 1 min then spiting it out will drastically strengthen it.

Weirdly I recently have fallen in love with snorted 7ho and extracted mesembrine

I dont really use potentiators anymore, just a higher dose of the opioids + a nice stimulant, that is the way for me.
 
Best opioid……HANDS DOWN would be Eukadol (Oxycodone)

I’ve done every opioid, every ROA and high dose IV ……even ORAL Oxycodone blows any other opioid outta the water…..I still remember the warmest blanket of euphoric bliss, emotional & physical comfort and security, unlike its sedating counterparts ….Oxycodone synthesized from theBaine is actually slightly stimulating and uplifting, social butterfly, but the overwhelmingly powerful euphoria was insaine

Oxycodone & Ritalin (Methylphenidate) is my oral Speedball or choice, both are extremely euphoric ….plus ethanol while the onset of action is occurring with all 3 compounds…….simply wow

Best ultimate combo however is Brompton Cocktail 🍸 every thing pulverized in same glass, dissolved in little warm water, add little orange juice and in 30/45min - 1h onset creeping in then you’re in heaven

Ritalin (Methylphenidate) 50-70mg
Valium (Diazepam) 30mg
Xanax (Alprazolam) 1mg
Lyrica (Pregabalin) 300mg
Ethanol - Gin 2.oz 3-5 drinks with premium Belmont cigarettes

Oxy was always my first favorite I blew 90k on 80's like it was going out of style and I guess it finally did I havent seen a green 80 OC in 10 years. After I bankrupted myself I started going to a legit dr. his was around 2009 maybe. My script was 300 Roxi 30's and 400 methadone 10's and it was all FREE.
We didnt know how good we had it. Everyone and there mother had bottles and bottles of pills all over America it was great 100k ppl a year were not dying not even close. Im pretty sure it was around 20k a year back then of accidental overdoses. Then all the Dr's got locked up GAME OVER.
The Holy Trinity is H-soma-valium. Everyone had somas in the 90's I dont even think dr will prescribe them anymore, I wonder what happened with the soma situation? I could use some.

I think I would take that, kinda, I want fentanyl, normal fentanyl and a small amount of meth. Normally I don't like doing this because meth makes me crazy after a while but if its just the rush before I die then I don't see the harm. Wait, maybe that could give me some long and rambling last words if I come to before kicking the the bucket lol.

Well it does have legit medicinal properties, so its not too much of a stretch considering people take diphenhydramine to boost the effects of opioids (when you happen to prefer the more downer side of them anyway - not really for me) and that can also give you f'd up delusions, society is just more familiar with that one.

Especially when he's talking about essentially licking a leaf.

But I also fully admit I have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to scopolamine+opioids.

Ive taken scop with opiates for stomach pain before and imo it doesent really boost opiates
