It wasn't MAGA who ruined its reputation, it was big pharma and their media conglomerates who defamed it as "horse paste" so they could get Emergency Use Authorization to push the vax.

It's an amazing drug. Now it's being investigated for use against certain cancers. It has uses beyond what it was intended for. The fact that it's $120 for 6 x 12mg pills in Canada now, thanks to what the pandemic corruption did to this drug, is outrageous. Go to any developing country and people pop an IVM whenever they think they have a stomach bug. It's everywhere. I take it with me when I travel.
