@Invegatorture during your past experience, did your motivation get worse over time? Did you have any periods or windows of feeling better before recovery?
Yep. This happened to me. Laying in bed for 14 hours a day, don't want to get up for shit, couldn't think of anything but going back to bed, hated cooking, never thought I'd see the end of that misrable hell. Stop taking it and eventually you'll go back to normal. Don't listen to anyone who says they never recovered. They got something else wrong with them... probably need stimulants. CheersNo i feel very little motivation to do anything. It’s difficult to follow even a basic hygiene routine like showers and brushing my teeth.
I don’t think i can do it anymore.
my psychiatrist and family doctor are both convinced this drug effects last only 1-3 months even when my doctor agreed to give me a blood test. He didnt know which test it is and ordered a risperidone test. It would have cost me $50 dollars for a low chance of it working.Have you asked a doctor for a paliperidone blood levels test? You probably should since it’s been long enough
yeah I know what that’s like but you have to push for it. Yeah, just not as much as I used to.Do you feel pleasure from music or good cinema? I miss that raw feeling of simple pleasures. I want things to feel pure again.
HOw long was your recovery? Did you recover fully? What was your dosage and number of injections?Yep. This happened to me. I'm not fully recovered and any answer I give you would be irrelevant because my recovery was screwed up by different medication. I started to recover before I took Prozac, I went back to doing art in late May or June 2023.It’s good how some of you recovered folks stay around, it gives me hope. Can you remember what month it was when you started to recover?
Took me a couple months. I got the lowest dose injections for like a year, and one time a higher dose injection. Doesn't really matter. It goes away after a short period of time after you stop taking it and you go back to normal eventually. Helps if you go out and do things and eat healthy after you stop. Make yourself go out.. walk for a long time or something.HOw long was your recovery? Did you recover fully? What was your dosage and number of injections?
were you injected with invega? If so you recovered rapidly. I hope i can heal up in a few months.Took me a couple months. It doesnot go away after a short period for most and that is why people are suffering. What is a short period for you ? Your recovery is indeed astonishing if you recoverd in a short period after 12 injections.Took me a couple months. I don’t think he had invega, maybe another antipsychotic. I could be wrong, but a couple of months to recovery seems unlikely. But if I’m wrong and it is invega, please let us know as this information gives many hope.It doesnot go away after a short period for most and that is why people are suffering. It's not always the reason people are suffering and some dodo birds keep taking the same medicine or something else and keep complaining over and over again. An even bigger number recover and don't come to these forums anymore. It doesnot go away after a short period for most and that is why people are suffering. What is a short period for you ? You're telling me I didn't take Invega? You're doubting what I'm saying? What's the point in coming here if you're just gonna do that? Why would I lie numb nuts??I don’t think he had invega, maybe another antipsychotic. I could be wrong, but a couple of months to recovery seems unlikely. You didn’t make it clear what you were injected with. Apologies- many are on this forum with different injections. You had an accelerated recovery from invega it seems. This gives me hope actually. You're telling me I didn't take Invega? You're doubting what I'm saying? What's the point in coming here if you're just gonna do that? Why would I lie numb nuts??
I was only given 2 injections and not repeating but constantly suffering daily for 4 months now. It's not always the reason people are suffering and some dodo birds keep taking the same medicine or something else and keep complaining over and over again.
