Was searching on info for cocaine capsules but don’t see a thread so my apologies if I missed it. How does one properly orally ingest? Capsules?

You don't. Cocaine goes up your nose up your bum or if you're really a glutton for punishment straight into your veins (obligatory HR disclaimer: never shoot coke you will almost certainly ruin your life or die trying).

Injecting cocaine was an experience like no other. There was one night I was with this guy who was shooting me up, and he’d prepare his shot, set aside and prepare mine. 6’4”, 250 lb. He mixed up his shot with mine. How i survived that ..I thought I was dead.

Before that was a shot of meth. One time was all for shooting meth..if it had been readily available plus the needle… things would have gone much differently.
