I had to force myself to watch it, and I kept skipping all the boring bits because my attention span is shit. It was a good distraction, I enjoyed it some what.

I’ve gotten into the habit of just pacing and listening to music now, smoking the odd cig. When I’m fed up with this I’ll watch something else.

When I was watching money heist, regularly I would start rocking back and forth in my chair due to akathisia, these poisons are evil.
Akathisia is the devil. I still have it, but it seems to be easing. I tried to complain about it but they just said it was my adhd. Which is bullshit, because the restlessness coming from adhd doesn’t have the torture like feelings associated with it.

We can’t buy raw milk in australia. I’d be on that right now.
Could put 2-3 raw eggs in a smoothie. I’d say that’s the next best option. Raw eggs are brain fuel. It would only aid recovery.

Even cooked eggs with runny yolks, very good for you. Organic/pasture raised even better.

Vyvanse cured it for me. I'm 3 1/2 months off invega injection. Just wish I soon get to a point where I dont have akathisia without using vyvanse.

My best bet is to stay busy and wait it out. I tried to get some medication for it with no success. I find when I walk, gym, or read a book it calms down. What’s really bothering me is my cognitive capacity has reduced so much since the injections and I’m struggling to comprehend what I’m reading now. I’m hoping in time this changes. You being three months in- what positive changes have you experienced so far?

When would I start experiencing withdrawals? From those who did while coming off invega- what month whereabouts did you guys first experience them.

2-3 months off anxiety started to mess me right up, I had prickling skin sensations too and assume this was withdrawal. I don’t get the skin sensations anymore and have been doing CBT and acupuncture to deal with the anxiety and that’s helped heaps. Anxiety was so bad at times that I wondered if I was better off on invega, which is absurd considering how bad the injections messed me up. Doing way better now and starting to feel a lot like my pre invega self!! Not fully but I’m getting there. In 11 days I’ll be 5 months off 5 injections

That’s excellent news !! Congratulations. This gives me confidence with my healing journey. I also thank you for coming to the forum with this update as I will prepare myself for the coming months. I’m seeing some early signs of recovery already. I tried to get help for akathesia with no success but I’ve found ways to cope and it seems to be reducing.

Before: Waking up 9-11 AM, already horny with a bone that won’t go away until 10min, make a coffee, make a joint, daily quests/mission on my videogames while smoking weed and drinking coffee.

Now: Waking up 06-07 AM, ringing in my ears start immediately, altered state of consciusness and perception start immediately, i make a coffee, i drink my coffee (i don’t feel it) while i smoke some cigarets (i don’t feel them), realizing that I’m still damaged from these injections. Not able to play games anymore, just sitting here with my brain damage.

And this is the only the first 1h of my daily routine, but hey, i have to stay positive. (?)

Thank-you and you’re welcome✨ I think the first few months were hard so brace yourself but do be confident and positive about recovery, I had a lot of early signs too like being able to cry and laugh and feel anger, felt a lift in mood from exercise… my emotions felt so foreign to begin with but am so glad to have them back. Walking everyday is good, I’ve slacked off on my morning walks but I do think they helped especially in the beginning. Absolutely recommend using supplements too, one of my favourites is https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au...kRyucqQ6cKBjd1LvQ1g9zPj-U0JVKvHBoC2D8QAvD_BwE though I’m taking a short break from supplements as I use the Chinese herbal medicine recommended through my acupuncture treatment. That really sucks that you tried to get help with the akathisia and had no luck, if it bothers you go see a different doctor that listens to you and get something for it, my akathisia was so bad that I could barely even think and couldn’t imagine not having the benzotropine to ease that shit. Best of luck to you in your recovery journey 😊

I don’t remember if i already shared the information that i went for ear examinations at the beginning of this month and the doctor found earing loss plus tinnitus so it told me i had damage in my earing faculty.

Tinnitus is a damage of the brain that make you hear ringing and whystle from the inside and not the outside. This is not linked to ear system but with area of the brain that process ear signals.

This is brain damage, starting to hearing ringing and whystle noise when there arent any is a brain damage. But apparentely this is ok for the system and the doctors who prescribe these injections.

They treat me like it’s my fault and nothing has to do with these injections and told me “Tinnitus is not dangerous neither life threating” while laughing at me.

Plus they deny at all costs that is linket to these injections and honestly this is very annoying because its like shot somenone and keep telling him that blood that came out from his wound arent linked to the projectile they shot into him.

This is not a medical approach but a debunking approach, like “yes they give you powerful drug that have a immense impact in the brain, but no, none of your sympthoms that came out is linked to this drug”.

Like ok champ so take yourself some injections too then we can have a talk, on plus they laugh while they look in my eyes while they debunking any of my sympthoms linked on this drug.

Hope they all get a cancer and die in agony.

I was able to concentrate for an hour playing the playstation. This has been a development, as previously on the injections I couldn’t play it for more than 15 minutes! My concentration may be coming back. Cognitively I’m quite slow still and I miss details on the game I wouldn’t have pre in invega. I definitely feel a little different although I’m early in my recovery and the fact I’m playing games and reading now is an improvement.

With reading, I easily get lost and I’m strangely having comprehension issues. I never had this pre invega. I have a long ways to go cognitively before I will reach baseline. For now I’ll still read even with the issues I have and hope I regain my faculties in time.

While gaming I’m not necessarily enjoying it, but it forces my attention away from the injections and It requires my full attention. I’m playing Diablo 3 for my fellow gamers.

I am not doing well
I try to sleep a little bit in the afternoon, my body was forcing to keep awake like heart rate increase, phantom pain, tinnitus became more loud like my body was fighting to keep himself awake just wtf is this shit What They did to my brain and my sleep?
