I've heard that magnesium can help with sleep and anxiety but not sure which one is best? Also would it help me to stave off benzo withdrawals. I mix an match my benzos some days I'll take 5mg diazepam then later on in the week I might take 0.5mg xanax must stress they aren't pharmacy xanax there off the street. So I've taken a abit an it feels like I've had 15mg of diazepam all at once

of course I read it, but I did do a search for the word "Chelated" and found none, before I posted.
One word can make a big difference, but in case I missed something in your post, was "Chelated" or amino acids mentioned? The thought of scrolling up to look myself is giving me anxiety.
 
To make things a bit more confusing, you can also get multiple magnesiums in one. You go to any pharmacy and look at magnesium options, you'll almost definitely find a triple magnesium, or even just magnesium blend. I think if you want it for sleeping, the glycinate is the way to go. But do your own research. Talk to your Dr. You can take too much magnesium. You should also take other supplements like vit d and calcium to help with absorption. It's best to talk to your Dr though. Maybe get blood work to see where your levels are before starting anything.
