Yeah, I think the “good” feeling I got from the gym may also be a sign that they are healing. But I could be wrong
Keep it going bro and stay positive, from my experience with healing you find your true strength in these dark times and develop a deep gratitude for life when you make it out.

Thankyou bro. Hopefully I can switch to pills soon and just not take them.

I wish you a speedy recovery and highly reccomend hot baths, I reckon they help you detox quicker through sweating, increased blood circulation and potentially releasing the drug faster from the injection site. 39-43 degrees celcius. This is before skin gets damaged.

May seem futile at first but consistency is the key. Just a suggestion. I did this during my two recoveries and I think they helped a lot.
Thanks man, I also have a spa and sauna nearby my house and what ima do is go there a few times a week. Your diet will cause you to heal quickly once you get off those injections. You are on the ball with what you’re eating.

Strength training may be of help also.

Good thing your CTO was revoked. Otherwise you could be in a deeper hole than you already are. They can last years. See that as a big win. 6 shots is still a lot but far better than 12+.

Yeah, hopefully I won’t fall into another psychosis. I’m staying away from all drugs to is time and round, that’s what screwed me up. I started thinking my neighbours across the road were cia agents and aliens were following me around etc. I can actually thank invega for throwing me out of a drug induced psychosis. I have to be real careful

Yeah I was scheduled for 12. I said I’ll jump in front of a train soon and made demands. My life and health were at risk. I wouldn’t have made it 12 months. I have much respect for @Abilify2mg surviving 10 of them… I’m weak and wouldn’t have survived 12

That’s crazy. Not that you are crazy but those delusions are lol. I personally believed I had eternal life and was an alien myself. Due to LSD and probably my dopamine senstive brain after being on APs in the past. My receptors upregulated due to these drugs and I felt high on life. That’s what can happen when your dopamine receptors get blocked, they become more sensitive.

I think @Abilify2mg also had 3 injections of haldol on top of that. He’s a warrior for getting through that. Both haloperidol and paliperidone completely block dopamine.

I’m lucky to be on abilify, its a partial agonist so not as bad. Can still enjoy music some what. Feels like a toned down version of invega for me.

I was crazy back then, wouldn’t take offence. Now I don’t think any of that stuff. When combo coke, weed, lsd, mdma it messes you up. I went overboard and was even working for 4 years off my head. My comedown was bound to happen. I’m staying fully sober now. I tried smoking some weed and got hella paranoid. Sticking to supplements gym and daily walks for my recovery. Tough days are ahead.

I seriously broke down and cried and begged to be taken off invega. It destroys the strongest.

Nothing can prepare you for it. Most get to live their lives with normal problems having no idea this shit exists. When you are on invega, getting off it and healing are all that matters.

All I constantly think about. I can’t divert this either, as I’m that messed up from the drug. But feeling strength training in the gym and feeling a buzz from it, may be signs of an imminent recovery. I’m possibly being too overly optimistic considering how little time I’ve been off. I have a regime that I’m giving six months to hopefully full recovery. No idea if I’m shooting to far, but gonna try anyway.

That’s great you get a buzz from exercise. Having at least something that makes you feel better will help you cope.

My coping mechanism is big hits of caffeine via coffee and monster energy drinks. Not healthy but it stops me from being totally depressed all the time.

Keep up the strength training, it may help the drug to get released faster so it can be detoxed.

Today i’ve had 3 coffees and 1 monster. This could be helping to piss it out quicker, not sure. But defo keeps my mood up and music sounds much better. I drink 1-2 litres of raw milk a day on top of that.

Anything to get one through the day. I can’t listen to music anymore as it’s not enjoyable. I used to love music. I think this may be a side effect from the invega.

Im anxious for it to hurry up and be three months already as I think I’ll feel a lot better by then. (Could be wrong) Anything to get me through the day will be added to my routine.

Currently it’s the following
-walking the lake
- reading (although invega has stopped my enjoyment from this activity, I do it because it eases the restlessness.
-Gym
-Gonna add saunas also

That’s a good routine. It’s important to stay busy to pass the time, better than laying in bed all day doing nothing.

My mum and sometimes my dad take me out in the car so I can be a passenger. The movement eases my restlessness while sitting down. I thank them every day for it.

I don’t trust myself to drive while on these meds even tho its legal. Can’t even make strong eye contact let alone look out for other moving vehicles.

Not enjoying music is 100% invega. When you heal and get enjoyment from music back it hits different.
