Mental Health Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v. 10

Currently still on Invega, I lost my ability to run and exercise while on Invega as well.

I went from 172 lbs to 220 lbs in 3 months.

At 6 months I took a high dose of LSD while in a hopeless state. While on it I had an ego death and experienced total bliss and peace. For some reason I just knew i would recover. This ignited my hope. Over the next 3 months my cognition, energy and libido gradually returned. At 9 months off I no longer considered myself a victim of invega and was very happy. Over that 3 months where I noticed improvement I doubled down on eating healthy and taking care of myself. I drank raw milk and ate some raw meat. This is what I believe healed me.

Libido - slowly I could feel more and more sexual pleasure which eventually became stronger than pre invega.

Cognition - gradually my thinking became clearer, brain less foggy and I could make eye contact with people easier, converse more fluently. Blank mind dissapeared.

Energy - my body became lighter and lighter. Invega made me feel so heavy and like I was carrying around a souless vessel. My stamina and edurance returned allowing me to exercise again and go for walks with ease.

With these improvements my mood lifted. Suicidal thoughts went away and my life felt like it was back on track.

For some its gradual, others say they heal almost over night. For me it was 6 months of pure hell then 3 months of becoming alive again.
 
I don’t like it when people say those who recovered are faking. Maybe some are but I was definitly not. I truly made it out of this hell. I stopped looking at blue light because it was no longer on my mind. I was living my life. I hope and pray to God this happens for me again.

Another thing i must add is I preferred my life after invega. I had a deep gratitude that could only come by making it through such an adversity. I had deep peace, more confidence and new found strength.

Amazing recovery story and I pray mine is similar . Sadly though , I cant take risk like you and take lsd . If i go back to hospital I will without a doubt be injected.
 
I feel for those who have had a lot of shots. I was lucky to have only had two. I hope my story gives you all some hope.

I also need to avoid LSD. I’m back on injections now due to it. Never again.
