Top 5 in terms of? Highest (out of mind, trippy type shit) I've been, or top 5 favorite day to day drugs that are favored for productivity, pain relief, anxiety relief, shit you wouldn't really wanna go without type shit? Regardless I'll do both..

Those were not in order of most enjoyable just in order of most out of my mind I was. Ask me if anyone has any questions on the specifics or details of why, dose, trips, etc.

Recreational:
1.Dilluadid/Roxy snorted
2.Fentanyl patches
3.Amphetimines specifically IR 30mg addies
4.Vyvanse 70 mg
5.Xanax in small dosages
(was once an opiate addict and a heavy amphetamine abuser. Suboxone I used after opiates for about a year before recently kicking that, that tho needed daily to maintain urges doesn't make my list)
 
Cannabis, preferable a Candy or Haze strain & a CBD strain
Lysergic s, like em all, LSD = hard/ impossible to get,
so a return of ALD-52

My choices now are completely different to what theyve been and im sure had changed so, so many times but right now.

1. Heroin
2. Xanax/Clonazepam
3. Cocaine in both crack form or IV'd
4.Methamphetamine
5.Ketamine

I actually really enjoy these things in a sort of order but in a single night.
A special, indulgent night with my partner would consist of using crack/IV coke OR IV meth(not both), benzos at various points and heroin mostly after the meth but maybe if a little bit oflevelling out is needed, but for sure a big shot of H then ext morning and throughout the day. And the ketamine probably when aout 1/2 of the meth is gone and digging into it towards the second half of the night and towrds the end of good fun fairly large lines to enter near k-hole territory, along with some top electronic music, some favourable company and some thoughts and full use of the imagination to take us all on some truely special psychedelic voyages of total absurdity and plenty of sillyness and total impossibility. Ketamine on a comedown is another true gift and with a loved one can be exciting, exhilarating and totally relaxing. So yeah, just before the benzos and H the ket is its own special addiction to the whole adventure of the night. The meth brings the sex and exhilaration and limitless ideation, endless conversations and endless sexual arousal and possiblities, then the journey to wherever we end up on the ketamine, then the relaxation that is probably impossible in another way and without it life would be starting to seem utterly miserable, the night before would probably be regrettable and life would suck but because of a little magic then a shot and a benzo will make your morning pleasurable, definitely not regrettable and you can spend your morning or day in the warm embrace of heroin, benzos and hopefully your partner.
That night a good sleep and the next day hopefully things will be as if you were good as new and your back to normal.

I find crack/cocaine to have much less of any kind of after affect but it is probably at least physicallly more harmful for you, theres pros and cons to both. I prefer coke/crack but ive decided from now on if my partner wants anything he gets meth, cocaine is simply too risky for him at his age and I know meth isnt harmless in itself but IV coke/crack is much more dangerous than a small amount of meth smoked or rectally taken or on the very rare occasion IV'd though ive made it clear to him that if thats what he wants he does it himself away from me, I dont want to know about it.
Next time i will probably go with crack cocaine and have a pipe every so often maybe a speedball here and there. I find it much more enjoyable whereas he has always preferred amphetamines.

Maybe one night we will both swap his meth and my coke for either some pure MDMA or some E pills. a night of techno, sex, good fun, nitrous and ketamine is another very unique and truely incredible experiences. MDMA comedowns and nos/ketamine create extremely fun little mind movies that can be super interesting and not at all scary like other psychedelics can induce. More often than not just silly little fun mind movies that you are usually totally part of and can be pretty positive too. More often than not they end in laughter that leaves one gasping for air at the sheer absurdity of what you just witnessed. Just under no circumstances do this in a bath or hot tub. Kholing in a tub is a great way to drown. Other than that it is one of the safest drugs and drug combos out there. ACID/KET when coming down from LSD/mushrooms is really awesome too but way more likely to induce negative effects that are either scary or just too full on. Ive seen a whole dancefloor turn into hell with the DJ becoming the devil commanding the crown to do whatever it is he was commanding them to do. id had way too much of everything at that point and it scary the absolute crap out of me. Another time I met and was in the presence of buddha himself and everyone though I was totally insane and it was really hard because it was sp real but there was no way to explain to them what I had just sen, where id been and the reality that I was just in the presence of something beyond great. How do you explain say being with jesus christ to a bunch of people your doing drugs with without them thinking your crazy? Its hard I can tell you that but it was the most increduble, real, mytical and I believe I really was in the pressence of the buddha himself, i just wish I were able to put into words what id experienced ather than being 100% speechless and unable to explain what just happened. as it were though, im incredibly grateful the have had probably the most special dug related experience ive ever had and I relate it to someone meeting jesus or allah. I was in the presence of something truely great and the feeling of greatness was absolutely overwhelming and powerful and beautiful and it will never be forgoteen,
 
1. IV heroin
2. IV methamphetamine(obviously the first shot is the best). There is a certain kind of meth that makes me really fucked up in a really amazing yet surely neurotoxic as fuck way. Huge pupils, relaxed and not "speedy", very fucking high!
3. Clonazepam
4. IV cocaine/ Crack
5. Ketamine

All those with hydroxyzine on top , and all do great combinations between them my favorite is 7-OH with Xanax.
 
I am really surprised that this thread was started many years ago yet has so few responses.
Tonight I am on my current fav.
It starts with 1mg/kg of dxm.... currently for me that is 90mg of dxm hydrobromide.
Next we have a benzo...currently bromazolam...tonight 4mg, taken right after the dxm.

Sometimes I will leave it there as this combo can be really relaxing by it'self.
Tonight though I added a bit more benzo...2mg alprazolam.

At this point I was nicely toasted but decided not to stop there so added a point of very very high quality heroin...iv...in Australia unless you are seriously wealthy it's the only roa that makes sense to me.
The last addition to this lovely combination is carisoprodol, 500mg seems to be the perfect dose, on the ocassians I have experimented with higher doses it just seems to throw the whole thing out of whack, don't ask me what that is about but I've tried it a few times and every time I dose higher than 500mg it takes away from the overall result when adding is the goal.



I gave up smoking cigarettes years ago but on this combo I will generally enjoy a cigarette, it's just so pleasurable that I enjoy having a cigarette to top it off.


I know this has gone off topic....something that often happens when one is in the land of nod.
So I will try to list my top 5.
1. Opioids...heroin is definitely top of that list but iv morphine isn't far behind.
2. Herb....particularly strains such as blueberry kush, grand daddy purp and northern lights.
3. Benzodiazepines....I have a diagnosed ptsd and gad so my my constant background level of anxiety probably gives these molecules a more recreational result, however they seem to be almost made to combine with opioids so this definitely helps.
4. cocaine. I am sure that if it wasn't priced the way it is in Australia then I would use much much more of this molecule.
5. It is difficult for me to put methamphetamine on the list but the reality is I do greatly enjoy it, I just don't like the way it makes me feel when coming down from it.

I am on mirtazapine which dramatically blocks the effects of molecules such as L.S.D, Mescaline and magic mushrooms. I used to really enjoy these molecules but mirtazapine renders these type of psychedelics pretty much useless so I no longer enjoy them, I have been told that the same would happen with MDMA so I have not wasted my money.

I would truly love to experiment with disosiatives like ketamine, MXE and others in that same class so hopefully I will get the chance to do such experiments.

From what I read from your list, if you lived in my country ud love the cheap and endless supply of pharma ketamine vials, morphine ampoules, high quality cocaine and over the counter benzos hahaha. Cheers man
