Was 90+ degrees F until 730-8pm. My computer says its now 80 degrees F but was just outside and it feels a little higher than that.

Was bummed cuz I finished dinner then went outside to read at 8pm. It was already almost too dark to read. I'm saddened at summer leaving. Going on nature walks and finding a bench to read on for and hour or so until sunset has become the part of my day that I most look forward to. I feel like the sun was setting at 9pm about a week ago, and now its 8pm

I moved outta NYC. Now I’m more western New York and I swear it gets colder out here. I even just looked at the temps in the Bronx right now and it’s almost 10 degrees warmer over there … loco right?

I swear I’d just move to Puerto Rico if it wasn’t for the hurricanes there. When I was little I always remember during really bad hurricanes people would have to leave NYC & go try to physically locate family members.
