These suggestions will improve general energy and boost dopamine.
The idea is to restore/repair the body's metabolic function (see this post on what that is and why it's worth repairing)
All OTC.
  • Rhodiola rosea (adaptogen)
Improves energy, mood & cognition, reduces stress, boosts dopamine
  • Agmatine
Fast-acting antidepressant, anti-stress, anti-adrenaline, boosts dopamine, prevents tolerance, NMDA antagonist
  • Magnolol & Honokiol
    Potent anti-anxiety, antidepressant, anti-stress, anti-insomnia

  • Theanine (repairs dopamine system, anti-stress, calming)
  • Vitamin B1 (via B-vitamin complex)
  • Niacinamide (50-100mg, with meals)
  • Low dose aspirin (81-100mg max per day, why aspirin?)
  • L-Phenylalanine (300-500mg, daily)
  • Creatine (1g daily)
  • CoQ10
  • Ribose
  • Inosine
  • Low dose coffee (+honey +theanine, why honey?)
The caffeine in coffee is powerful and can act like thyroid to increase your metabolic rate and the oxidation of sugar, making it a health-protective food.
Symptoms to expect when you do coffee right are calmness, focus, motivation, warmth, and stable energy.

My head still hurts,help

Is it a headache? Head to the doctor if it continues to persist. You could try taking supplements(Omega 3's, B12, Magnesium) to alleviate some of the pressure in your head.

Long story short, try supplements but head to the doctor.

Finished V2,

37 good outcomes
12 negative outcomes

Soon I’ll get with some more like minded people/study some history and find out the supplements needed. Many before in these threads have already foretold the supplements that are beneficial/necessary to recovery. It’s almost become fact that most people who partake in supplementation during their recovery do seem to end up recovering in the long run of things.

I can't sleep,it's so severe. I'm afraid of taking sleep pills because I don't want it to affect recovery. Is it safe to take some?

Anxiety is so horrid. Took Valium yesterday and noticed my pupils going bigger and smaller then bigger and smaller… seeing a psych next week and I’m going to bring up how I think I have bipolar and probably get some meds for anxiety. Has anyone experienced anything similar with their pupils?

Hey guys, just dropping in to remind you all that recovery is in indeed possible. Feeling better than ever, compared to how terrible I felt after the injections. Stay strong, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Check my profile if you want to see how terribly I was doing a year ago.

I'm still doing terrible over a year later, what a joke this life is all this suffering just to die eventually anyways.
