Dirty 30s Am I doing it right?

I have a pretty high tolerance to opiates. I've put the pill on foil (shiny side down is what they say) let it slide a little and chase the smoke that comes out. soft it turns, thick oily substance that is left over after taking a hit or 2. I really dont get much other then a head change. Am i doing it right?

dont expect much else than a head change from fetty
