What is the logic in that? PayPal and Amazon are also "third party" sites.
LeagueSafe is widely used for exactly this purpose, to collect entry fees and distribute them to the appropriate people at the appropriate time.
But like, yeah it doesn't seem like it's possible for anyone to agree on literally anything so it's whatever tbh.

It's randomly set by espn 1 hour before the draft starts.

I change it to manual. We use a randomizer to choose the order, and I set the order whenever I want.
