Doc gave me new meds, advice?

I havent had temazepam in atleast 10 years i would say if not a good bit longer. I used to have no trouble getting it from a doctor at a walk in cliic years ago. How times have changed now no walk in clinics here at least will even prescribe a controlled substance

Bromazepam feels like fast acting valium in a way. It's great for panic attacks.

Yeah I was first prescribed all my shit back in NL. Not an issue to get basically anything I wanted. I’d go to the hospital about 1-2 times a month for “migraines”. I do get them but I didn’t get them often back then. They’d always give me a shot of morphine or Demerol. No questions asked. Got all scripts a week early every month.

Very very very different now too lol

I never had any luck getting anything from a hospital in Newfoundland. Even 20 years ago i had no luck. Hence why i never go to the hospital here. I get my morphine from a virtual doc and my benzos and zopiclone from a shrink.

This was back in lab in like 2008 and up? Something like that. I had this one psych doctor from England and he seriously got joy out of giving me everything I asked for… it was bananas. And the hospital wasn’t like the one in St. John’s lol

The only reason I got what I got in NL was cause my family doctor hooked me up with a solid one out there. He was fucking shocked at what I was taking and had no idea how i functioned. Looking back.. same lol

Impossible to get anything anywhere now. NS is awful for it but I feel like I’ve been grandfathered in over the years.. 15mg diazepam compared to the boat load I once got is much more comforting for all involved.

One wild thing though… I was notorious for getting wasted and deciding I needed to take all my sleepers or all my benzos… I’d be given a full month supply as soon as I was out of the hospital room. Insanity.

I kind of got grandfathered in to i feel lol. I only get 30mg's of morphine a day now which is nothing compared to the 150mg's i was once scripted. But i like not being a addict these days. I stll like to party though lol.

What sleeping pills do you get? I get zzopiclone and sometimes my dumb ass mixes them with alcohol. Seriously dont do that. Fucks your tolerance to both drugs

Never knew, i am intolerant to milk. So what is in Milk that helps ?
The Fat, Calcium [also in Tum s], Protein.
Can you substitute it with Oat drink with Coconut Fat.

I think that it's both the fat and calcium that help, but I also think that it works as a bit of a barrier so that the cayenne isn't all going to hit your stomach at once in a concentrated area. I think that taking it with food in your stomach would also work, although the fat and calcium in milk help.

I'm sure that Oat drink with coconut fat would help. Maybe not as much as cow milk, but I'm sure it would help soome. Nut milks like Almond milk and cashew milk would work also, as well as lactose free milk

My body didn t have trouble with it, but the first, only the 1-st, hit like a bomb,
2 hours after taking. 75 mg.
