Heroin Gabapentin & UK Heroin (Afghan #3)

Had a load of Pregabalin arrive & took 600mg about 60-70 mins ago & can feel it all ready starting.

I didn't think today I would have a score but I have just had some fall in my lap, anyone see any medical issues in taking Heroin on the top of a nice pregabalin dose?

99% of the time I'd just do the cocktail & see what happens, the famous saying of "Fuck about & find out" speaks for my view on HR but when I do pregabs with no tolerance I know very well what happens to me & I've never mixed them with Smack.

Gabapentinoids with H is an awesome combo if you have a tolerance and most can distinguish between the feeling both of them give you, why?

So can distinguish between the which one is knocking harder and use less and so on.

Also already having a synergy effect, starting with lower doses then normal is advised

I may sound like a grandpa here but I have been off and on Medical H and Pregabalin for years. 600mg of Pregab does nothing for me, I have to mix it with sevradol 40-60mg and MST 30/60mg whatever I can spare. I usually go on benders on my first week, daily 100+mg of both MST and Sevradol + 750+mg of Pregabalin. Truly I am amazed and scared that I consume so much, but I am always short by end of month and have to go without for 1-2 days at a time. On the days without is when I get the best sleep strangely. Yes I am addicted and I try to convince people who have there lives ahead of themselves to and think do you want to end up like me? My script is pain related not H using, yes I have used H when I was young but my good late friend stopped me from getting a habit. Now I try and help others on here, just like my friend helped me all those years ago

Um you basicly on a short and long acting morphine aka opioid. So going back to original q, if an opioid and a gabapentinoid used together it will have an synergy effect, guess you just also answered it

Yep, definitely gives opioids a boost. Not as much as benzos or somas though.
