Sounds like a good starting dose - don't expect the spectacular effects you read about on here from the leaf, you need the concentrated extracts for that

All I know is my 1st ever experience with it blew my mind & I've seen leaf in the 0.5gram range reduce people to terrified & freaking out, trying to speak but the words come out as "gggguuuurrrrgggaaarrhhhhhh" as they fall over & are swallowed into a huge black void where they "die" & then are reborn.

I had a old friend who was some "LSD Expert" totally loose his shit on normal leaf, he wanted to kill me he was so mad over his Trip, it totally ripped his Ego to pieces.

Sat in a council flat right now typing this on my mates tablet and we have a total of 72 years experience between us, been so hard To score and paid full retail cost. All the dealers are off, the only person who is on charges full street prices, the whole west Midlands is dry hence the price of it.
When 3 long time junkies can't score something is wrong in a BIG WAY to say the least, anyone else having issue?????
 
I thought this one was a pretty good deep dive into Kurt Cobain's issues and use of heroin.

Indulged again tonight...only purchased a point and a half...I shot the lot and nearaly overdosed and that is over the top of my methadone of 57.5mg...not a high dose granted but I've been on methadone since 2000 so I'm pretty opioid tolerant.

My wife had to keep an eye on me as I was nodding so hard I was nearly falling out of my chair....snapped out of the hard nod after about half an hour but was then high as a kite for a good 4 hours and as I type this I am still nicely toasted and ready to crawl into bed and float off.

Sorry to brag seeing as so many of you unfortunately seem to have lost access to this wonderful molecule...I have been on the methadone program for 25 years and I only indulge once in a blue moon but the last couple of times have really made me remember just how good high quality diacetylmorphine really can be.

Here the only time you can't get pick ups or houses are closed when raids or kangaroo court Justice is gonna be handed out that day but I get early warning.. sucks though

You can say that again, I have been having issues scoring for about 10 days / 2 weeks now & yesterday took the piss.

I took 2 hours & ended up going to a total stranger who's number I was given, in the UK we have a term "Road man" In British slang, a "roadman" typically refers to a young man, often from an urban area, who spends a lot of time on the streets and may be involved in street-related activities like selling drugs or being part of a gang. They are often associated with a particular style of dress, such as tracksuits or puffer jackets, and may use a specific slang vocabulary. & they are Famous for their attitude & fucking about. To score was a Nightmare, people who have anything in that is half decent are asking 50% more on the price which in my view is a form of Theft.

I knew this would happen, when The Taliban came back into power & said anyone caught growing would have their hands cut off I KNEW it would cause issues as 90% of the UK supply came from there, well it took a few years but the stash is now empty.

I am 99% sure I was sold something cut with very potent Fent or Xylazine a few days ago, the bag was so small & tasted very weird, I have never tasted anything like it & after I had smoked 13 lines I was fucking smashed & NOT in the nice heroin way, I could hardly stand up, my eyes were rolling into the back of my head, my mate who's been on Heroin the same time as me was knocked out in the chair in a slumped position & I had to SHAKE him so hard to get him to come around.

Old timer back out of jail and just got 5 bags, huge size and that dirt / organic plant taste to it and a serious head rush when you feel it.
I've never been so happy with to see an old dealer before in my life.
 
Not sure if I am being Trolled here or if "The Man" who I spoke to & only just got his new number has been told this from people he knows but anyone heard of a type of #3 Heroin Called "PK" as it comes from the hills of Pakistan & they call it that to note it from the gear that came outta the Afghan fields?

All I know is this guy is another who has family in Pakistan & his Heroin is so strong we had it tested for Fent & nitazenes & it came back negative for both, he was off yesterday as he has all Sundays off & I had to score off some fucking idiot road man types I know, their gear didn't hold me 12 hours before I started feeling the sickness, that is insane imho!!!!!!!

I have no idea what average UK heroin runs at in purity but this stuff has to be at least....fuck knows but I'd bet my right arm it's gotta be around 30% Pure heroin if not stronger.
 
I've only ever been shy to shoot a very small amount of Heroin, I am sure if you shot a 10 bag of this you would be in a box 6 feet under very quickly.
When I looked in the mirror a few days ago after smoking two 10 bags my pupils weren't there, well that's a lie they were so small it made me think back to The Real Heroin years ago, my arms & legs are covered in scratch marks from the itch, the rattle off this stuff with will quite something & I am scared how bad it will be.

I've been told it's coming back between 8 and 12% pure in my little town. Make of that what you will.
