Just for anyone who smokes legal THCA hemps. Some of the THCA is converted to THC over time. A local smoke shop was raided and fined significantly (as well as had product seized of course) because some of their older stock had over the legal limit of THC.

Be careful if you smoke this stuff in public. You may not be as safe as you think. Plus, even if you go free in the end, the police still like to give people a hard time over it.
