there are a few counties in massachusetts that made shrooms pretty much 100% legal. you can grow them and gift them to people and take them in public i'm pretty sure.

they were going to make it a state wide thing.. i think it might've gotten voted for, but they made it so you could pretty much grow unlimited amount of shrooms. if they made like maybe a rubber made bin for personal use, i think it might've passed. the way they wrote it, people could pretty much grow unlimited amount of shrooms i'm pretty sure. kind of dumb. but whatever. eventually shrooms will be legal every where i would think... kind of impossible trying to make them illegal cause spore prints are so easy to make and shrooms grow all over the world.

i guess not, which sucks... i'm sure you can still get acid pretty easily, but it would be nice if identification, purity, dosages could be regulated/ standardized...

that's funny like what would the marines do. force them to not vote for someone? force them to be pro-privitization? people are gonna start getting real mad I bet
 
Thank God, I get less paranoid about posting these days. I don't always turn on VPN anymore. I mean people had to use swim 20 years ago out of fear. I admit psychedelics are the only substance I use that is in that gray area. I am not a speed guy, pill guy, fent guy, street guy of any sorts. But I like cannabis and psychedelics (and kratom for now) and I am glad it is becoming known they are great tools.

Not of fan of the legalization folklore like we have with cannabis. But at least it is legal. I know we have the AKA for kratom. Maybe psychedelics need an APA with intelligent and hip people running it. Not sure.

NY will try and control this but it won't work. Unless they get guys in the know that can grow mushrooms.
 
Although mushrooms legalization is favored equally important are all natural occurring psychotropic substances. Personally I doubt legislation will approve use of mescaline or DMT at this time.
