MDMA Euphoria

Now I know they are two totally different classes of drugs etc but how does the euphoria with mdma/ real x pills comepare to something like oxy ? I’ve had tons of oxy before and have never had a drug come close to that euphoria besides iv morphine when I was in the hospital. Just wondering how the euphoria with mdma compares

MDMA is more like a childlike wonder/intense sensory appreciation with its euphoria primarily being immersive in nature (depending on what music you are hearing, what are you are currently thinking and feeling, etc), while opioids produce more like a general feeling of wellbeing that spreads over the entire body and is relatively consistent, while also not having the general themes of immersion enhancement. Comparing the two is a lot like comparing coke and weed, theyre not really the same class at all. In terms of memorable experiences, MDMA takes the cake for me. I would just try it, there's no real comparison that can be made between it an opioids

Yeah that's a good description. MDMA is definitely more memorable as one off experience but the great advantage of opiates is that you can use them often.

Opiates work somewhat on the serotonin system. Mdma floods the serotonin system!

The euphoria on mdma is from a cocktail of dopamine, noradrenaline, serotonin, oxytocin, vasopressin, and probably others.

Coke I hear causes euphoria( I've tried it a few times but never a lot, last time I did it was 2001) so dopamine and ne seem to cause this euphoria

As far as the raw body euphoria that we would want to compare to opioids;

MDMA can surpass it quite significantly, it feels similar except you are stimulated somewhat and also hallucinating and senses and emotions are altered. So that stuff all distracts and takes away from the raw euphoriaa good opioid dose would give.

Opioid euphoria is very comfortable and settled and chill and “familiar” and natural feeling. MDMA euphoria can be very similar but surpass it but comes with a ton of other added effects.

Also mdma physical body euphoria is hard to reproduce after a while, even in conservative users (1x a month or less) that rushy floating body euphoria will be harder to attain with more of the other stimulant aspects dominating mdma high. With opioids that euphoria is always within react if you have enough opioids and it’s been a day or two since you’ve used.

The euphoria is just like 20% of what an mdma experience is. It’s 100% of what an opioid experience is.

A much, much more physically intense, energetic and forced experienced. Instead of a body "stone" of comfort, it has waves of rushy, tingly pleasure that makes you want to move and act in ways you normally wouldn't

Pretty unique, but if you have any experience with other amphetamines/meth you'll recognize straight away how they're distant cousins. You're very aware you're on drugs. It has this inauthenticity to it, hard to describe and not so spoken about.

And it fkn comes and goes as it pleases and when it leaves for good it's really disappointing (ime).

As you would know oxy feels more like you just happened to be having a perfect day and "Everything in the world is A-Okay and this is how life should always feel!" - very natural type of feeling. (If you're lucky, briefly, fleetingly.) Doesn't feel like you're on drug drugs.

comparatively, oxycodone euphoria feels really good, warm, extremely relaxing. very comfortable. i would say with MDMA (the real pure stuff i had) its a much more energetic and wayyyy more pronounced euphoria, stronger and also with the added elements of serotonin/adrenaline etc. you'll be very taken aback by how good you feel. thats why its Ecstasy. stay hydrated when rolling

Damn I had no clue those meds interacted!! Ok I will not get any mdma til I get off the subs. I don’t plan on getting off either subs or kpins in the near future. Been on kpins for years

I’ve been on subs for 6 years. 24mg at my highest. I’ve taken mdma before the subs and then when I was on them. It still delivered the most amazing fucking high. I’m sure other people have the opposite experience. It was incredible and I want to feel that again right this second lol

yeah those drugs will hinder the effect, depending on countless factors, but it is possible to achieve proper roll.

God I wish it lasted five hours for me. From initial onset, I roll about 3 hours. Can only extend it to 5 with a redose. (And redosing much more than that doesn't do much except extend the stimulation at the cost of a much harsher comedown)

Supposedly a short duration is a sign of high purity MDMA, but I seem to process it exceptionally well, or perhaps I just don't have a ton of serotonin to dump. Big pupils last much longer than the high.

Combined with a tendency to "Chase the dragon", I sometimes get MDMA blue balls where it seems to end just as I'm really enjoying it.

For me MDMA euphoria, has little in-common with OPIOID bliss.
But MDMA is a excellent painkiller, but it gives no itch or warm blanket.
Better then a Opiod maybe in certain circumstances. For pain.

As its not as sedating, also a shared attribute, but opioid s win.
but via total diff mechanism. The painkilling properties of MDMA.
I noticed while speeding of a hill on skates.

My GF got scared, and decided to break by frontally going for a street light.
That of-course don t work, E=MC2, you don t stop using a solid object.

You go low and slide your skates. So i did as i heard my GF say:
"i think i lost my tit" with a voice calm as a lake on a windless day.
Got a bizarre big wound on my leg, i had hand/ wrist protection .
Or those would be damaged to. She had her tit, felt little.

At home i looked at my leg, and the wound was big, didn t feel it.
We also skated home as if we weren t wounded.
We where with lights on. Neither felt it.

MDMA euphoria i would now compare too Lysergic s.
Opioid s are way more hedonistic like drugs, fine doing nothing on it.
On MDMA or Lysergic s, nothing is never nothing, they are relaxing.
Not incapacitating, as a re-creative Opioid dose for me would be.

All I can say is — wow. MDMA is truly something else. It’s absolutely amazing. The euphoria it brings is definitely different than opiates — not better or worse, just different. It’s like a whole new kind of high that works more on your heart and your perspective than just your body.


Honestly, I’d call it a miracle compound.


It made me see things in ways I’ve never seen before. I felt this deep emotional clarity — like all the anger, resentment, or pain I’d held onto just didn’t matter anymore. I found myself forgiving people who’ve done me wrong in the past, not because I forgot what they did, but because I finally felt free from it.


Everything around me just looked brighter, more peaceful. There’s this overwhelming feeling of connection, empathy, and just… positivity. It puts life into a completely different light — and in that moment, you actually believe in the good in people again.


I know it’s not for everyone, and like with anything, it’s all about mindset and setting. But for me, this experience was profound. MDMA made me feel human in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time.
