I've only taken cannabis six or seven times in my life, spread over six years. I haven't seen a link between the cannabis use and the decreased mental wellbeing before, even though I got anxiety almost every time on cannabis. But the anxiety that was a direct result of the cannabis use was quickly passing.
So I wonder, could cannabis give mental problems that start long after using? And could you get persistent mental health problems from just using cannabis one or a few times? Even if it would be like that, there are other reasons to my problems too for sure (some stressing life circumstances).
I will never touch cannabis again, I just wonder what caused this and how I can get more stable again then.
What is anxiety ? Their thing s i absolutely hate,
drawing blood and dentist procedures.
So i know do one or the other means anxiety,
Childhood trauma, i had bad luck was tortured.
A logical reaction being anxious knowing the origin.
Which for me works very r-elevating.
A incompetent nurse and a ex-nazi dentist.
So when this needs to be done, that feel is no more then normal.
So i indulge sober in it till it diss-appear s, takes a backseat ?
Or get used/ or don t care anymore.
I never took Benzo s before a dental procedure, 1 occasion.
But that had a cause loose from the procedure.
Before the dentist i will definitely try to toke,
except when its a early appointment.
So getting anxious and be bothered by it i get that,
but it don t really bother me. Getting that from Weed.
Well seems absurd, but getting bothered by it ?
I wonder why smoke it, isn t it better to work on that issue 1-st [anxiety],
maybe you didn t knew. But seems very un-lightly.
That few tokes where the cause,
maybe a trigger.
anxiety even related to trauma don t bother me.
Basically can t relate, different brain chemistry make up ?
eMKee, i feel mind over matter will make you feel better. [Wishful thinking]
i really feel shitty for you don t get me wrong i would hand you some,
of my anti-anxiety genes, or maybe trade i do have other problem s.
Expanding on trigger, you experienced anxiety at those 6/7 times.
So good you know recognise it, even if its 1/10 or 1/2 as strong.
Seems logic, just like some don t get high the first time.
Some experience extreme anxiety,
or in rare cases give a 1-st Psychosis.
My friend Psychosis was activated by a vacation.
So out of his own environment, and his mind went 8-ball.
Of-course parents and dr s claimed the cause was Cannabis.
It wasn t, but afterwards s he couldn t smoke it anymore.
It would directly trigger a Psychosis.
