What's your afternoon fix? are you missing anything today?

I’m in so much pain…for weeks now. Havnt had opioids in like 4 months and life was great off then but I’m ready to go back.

Gonna black out on benzos regardless. Unconsciousness is also pain free so either way.

Fuck my script though. I want a hit of fentanyl

That's a fucking banger combo, gabapentinoid, opioid and benzodiazepine. I'm assuming this is to medicate depression and/or anxiety?

Understandable, I usually lean towards gabapentinoid + cannabinoid + opioid in the form of gabapentin, cannabis, and kratom when I'm really afflicted by pain personally, but that used to be similar to you before I recovered kind of strangely from brain damage from the same operations that caused the chronic pain, as far as how drugs handle pain for me. Benzos (especially diazepam) used to help far more than gabapentin, but since then, it's flipped and I'm not sure why, but man gabapentin is incredibly slept on imo. I imagine pregabalin likely channels a similar effect.

Kratom, cimetidine, etizolam, MDMB-4en-PINACA, THC-O, Bupropion and caffeine. Migraine level headache from the heat has necessitated "maximum painkiller overdrive mode", which for me is cimetidine or Soma + kratom or tianeptine + either a gabapentinoid or a benzo. The rest are just my daily shit.
 
Was cleaning the apartment and found about an ounce of high quality gelato 41 (weed) under the bathroom sink in an airtight container so I just smoked
1 bowl gelato 41
A few crystals of THCV (which I love)
A fat cup of coffee
And about 100mg of a potent Mit extract
Currently I am lying in bed ascending into pure energy.
 
Just drank a black cherry "venom" energy drink so 160mg more caffeine, now im going to smoke some more and then blast music on my speakers. Not sure why caffeine and especially coffee goes so well with opioids for me (especially the kratom related ones) but the rush boosts the euphoria and the crash seems to combine with the later nodding section of the high.

And I still have some clonazepam drowsiness lingering from last night, does that count as today?

It's the afternoon, but technically my morning, since I just got up.

Wish I had some heroin. Shit, I'd drop the gabapentin, bupe & klonopin just to have heroin every day. I miss my brown & it's warm hugs. Like stepping into a cozy cocoon where the outside world can't bother me anymore.

I was addicted/dependent on tramadol for 11 years. And damn, summer was my favorite time! (it still is technically). But a good tramadol buzz + summer time loveliness is just on another level of beauty & inner peace. It ain't as easy to get tramadol here in the US anymore, at least from doctors, since they made it a controlled substance in 2014. After letting it not be a controlled substance for like over 30 years. Land of Hypocrisy doing what it does best!

When tramadol hits you just right & provided your tolerance allows it... It has a really beautiful-comfy feel to it that a lot of other opioids lack. I'd take 400mg of tramadol over hydrocodone any day.
