So, yes. Benzodiazepines will be replaced. And less doctors can prescribe them now. No more GP, only specialist.
And 1 of 10 psychiatrists or neurologists won't prescribe them, there is evil agenda spread everywhere to remove old and sell new, "better" meds. Also less addictive and less dangerous - this was the case with tramadol. Introduced as something like safe and not addictive painkiller.
I think about "new anxiolytics" u know, maybe they will replaced it with something old - very low dose of some antipsychotics remove anxiety great but they are more dangerous and much more sedating.
And we don't have any prescription amphetamines, only methylphenidate and modafinil and no doctor Is brave enough to prescribe.
In EU Its fentanyl, oxycodone, tramadol - like if other opioids disappeared.
 
The right strains of weed. Nothing beats Jack Herer or J1 to me (skunk #1 cross)

Or, especially, DMT. But I don't have access to that like I used to :/ and don't trust myself at making it. It's kept me from doing some bad things, and I need that right now. I hate getting baked, chilling, and then realizing that nothing in my life is chill at all... At least with DMT, it has a more lasting effect on me...
 
This a hard one to narrow down for the treatment of anxiety. As well, Their are some good Alpha2, Opioids, Anti-histamines, Sedative/Hypnotics, and Antipsychotics, and SSRI's that work to treat the same issue.

Benzos :
Versed > Valium > Xanax > Klonopin > Ativan > Librium

I find Roxicodone, Dilaudid, Clonidine, Vistaril PAM,Promethazine, Lunesta, Haldol, and Zoloft to all be relaxing enough to prevent anxiety.

There are some very good strains of THC that work very well.
 
My favourite fantasy anti-anxiety would be a prescription, or OTC.
Herbal formula, containing Erythrina Mulungu, Valerianus Officialus
[standardised on Valerenic Acid], Lemon-Balm, Magnolia Bark
and maybe Passion Flower extract.

Pharmaceutical prepared all active substances are extracted.
Instead of using wrong extraction s, like in the health store supplements.
Where the product is in-active.

So the full amount s, written on the container. No Kakalawaka like:
Contains 1 mg Valerian-extract and 9 mg Passion-Flower powder.

Where I live there are shroom shops on main drags in the bigger cities that sell DMT over the counter for about 300$ a gram. I just would have no idea how to use it properly and wouldn’t wanna waste it. I think I’ve heard like using a meth bubble and vaporizing it would be a good way to smoke it? But I also used to be a meth addict so I don’t wanna trigger those urges

Does it specify the content of Valerenic Acid ? And give the amount.
Afaik Valerian never did anything, but during a normal extraction.
Valerenic Acid % is so small, its negligible. Or not extracted or destroyed during ?

Making it a Placebo smelling like sport socks,
it was on Bluelight i read the first accounts of it really working.
 
In the UK they're pushing Gabapentinoids (Gabapentin and Pregabalin) for anxiety and they rarely prescribe benzos now which is disappointing :(. I'm on 600mg of Pregabalin a day and I must say they work.

In EU too, gabapentin was my first pain med from pain doctor, later i survived some accidents so she gave me tram and later because of note to her from my psychiatrist she changed it to dihydrocodeine 60mg (DHC Continus 60mgx60 per montáž).

Yeah DHC is much more effective than Tramadol and it's a real opioid. Tramadol is a disgusting drug, I'd rather go through WD than take Tramadol lol.

In my case it's great for pain because of it's monoaminergic action with opioid bonus. But i need high! dose with benzos or leveteracetam! Right Now i am on low dose ( for most people ) , paracetamol, ibuprofen, pantoprazol, alprazolam, modafinil and mirzaten sure is active since yeaterday evening but i am moodles, cold hands, pains, i am so antisocial now right when i am in mobilheim with 6 other people ( 4 heavy alcohol addicts and potheads ). I dont like alcohol and we are out of pot ( i am not concerned, needed pause cause my lungs were pissed off from weed sticky nasty bullshit in them - the same thing that Is in weed pipes after using them for a while).
I am in slight weed WD, medium opi WD and without my daily Vortioxetine ( atypical ad ).
I am seriously missing something that will put me back into warm, social, painfree and stressfree state.
Scopolamine helped once for something simmilar but i don't want to be on heavy downers and scopolamine while i am around people... I can go and buy kratom but my stomach Is sick long term from anorexia i suffered from. So i will vomit or will be super hyper vasoconstricted ( moda+ kratom ). I need oxy or my DHC but 4 days untill she will give me prescription and oxy Is gone for a few days already. Interesting tahat DHC makes me more opioid-like high than oxy...I can't even vape nicotine now 🥲

I'm prescribed 30mg 4x a day of Oxycodone and it's very effective I love the stuff, maybe too much! I'm also prescribed 200mg 3x day of Pregabalin so you can imagine the level of pain relief I'm getting. I'm also on 45mg Mirtazapine which helps a lot for sleep. TBH I'm probably over-medicated lol.

And pregabalin can prescribe ONLY psych or neurologist, pain docs only gabapentin. Our EU or maybe just our republic law.

Is 45mg better for sleep than 15 ? And 100+ is psychedelic like and not too dangerous.

They say the lower the dose the more sedating it is but in my experience it doesn't make a difference which dose your on. And I can't comment on taking big doses because I've never done it.
 
Xanax is my favorite. I'm really glad that I didn't like clam. In 2017, when the good site for them was still up, I was ordering etizolam from it. Then etizolam was made illegal in my state. So I ordered 250 pills of 1 mg clonazolam for $250 having no idea what it was except that it was a different benzo that I could order off the site. The first time I tried it, I took a half pill and blacked out. Further experimentation revealed that I'd black out on as little as 1/4th a pill. All I could do was shave the tiniest piece of 1 pill off, and still I could only really use it for sleep. It just knocked me out. I hear so many people say it was their favorite ever. It was definitely the strongest benzo I've ever taken by far, but all it was good for was sleeping through anything. Any time I took it, I just went into a deep sleep. I could sleep 8 hours on day 1 of an opiate withdrawal using that stuff. But it was so dangerous. Several times I woke up after having taken just a little, and I was still completely high and would not realize it at all, even after it had happened a bunch of times. I'd barely remember most of the next day, would contact people online like from high school who I had no interest in speaking to sober and talk so much, I'm sure they all thought I was a total crack head. As careful as I was, god it made me do some stupid shit. I would also wake up in a really good mood, randomly think about a german exchange student I dated as a teenager 20 years ago, and want to message her on facebook to see how she was doing. Fuck.

Those 250 pills lasted me from 2017 until 2023, lol. That was with me and my wife taking them. I had a firm rule, only once ever 3 days at most, and only a little piece of one of those pink pills. Honestly, I should have kept them and sold them. I bet I could've turned one hell of a profit if I still had those 250 pills today!
