Pea/ Rice Proteine powder

Just been taking this a while as its as of now available at the local supermarket.
A Vegan Proteïne powder, which was my thinking would be a easy way to increase
my food intake. Not a body builder or working out atm, just getting some in is the aim.

What s your take on the Pea/ Rice Proteïne [they don t mention the ratio]
Fats: 8 gr of which 6 unsaturated.
Carb s: 3.2 gr of which 0.2 sugar s.
Proteïne: 78 gr of which about half are BCCA s.
So it contains a whole range of cut up Proteïnes into amino acid s.
The essential ones.

And some shit like, natural Vanilla/ thickener/ Sucralose & Acesulfaam-K
Wonder why not use Stevia Glycosyden, but its cheap and at hand nearby.

Am i doing myself any good gulping down one portion a day 27 gr. Max is 3.
Should i increase, or cease. Its tasty i admit and my body don t reject it.
Just a few burps but easy digestible, as i am Milk which includes Whey afaik,
Proteïne intolerant. And hate Soy, so this seemed a good replacement.

What yo think ?

Hi There... Personally I wouldn't use it as it contains Sucralose & Acesulfaam-K which are known to impact negative changes in gut microbiome, leaky gut etc..

Why not consume raw cows milk preferably from A2 organic cows...

Raw Cow Milk besides making Cheese is illegal to sell in shops.

The only legal way to get it is: get to know a Cow farmer you trust.
Who is practicing Biological/ Eko standards. And ask him personally
at the farm for un-pasteurised Milk, he knows if he has healthy Cow s.
Only legal option, or buy some Cow s yourself.
Then again i am allergic to Caseïne/ Milk-Proteïne.
Off all: Sheep/ Goat/ Yak and Buffel s.

Never tried Hamster milk, maybe i tolerate that, or Otter milk.

I live in a Rental house, that would be funny, Cows/ Calves in the front,
And 'el Toro' in the back-garden. Will check my rental contract :ROFLMAO:
Or a hamster milking farm.

Holy .. Kakalawaka, 1-st thought my product, has been cut by the dealer.
An active cut, that ask s for purification. Hey when there is a way ..
Lets see if its easy to separate the Sucralose/ Acesulfaam-K.

Otherwise, i am gonna bin it and get some proper Pea/ Rice Proteïne.

Sounds as a reason to avoid, and seek a Stevia replacement.
Do you have a link to the science behind the trouble artificial
sweeteners have, never trusted em.
None though people claim Sucralose is harmless.
Acesulfaam-K is just related to Aspartaam afaik. Which is bad.

As a vegetarian I use hemp protein powder.
A 27g to 30g (I can't remember the size of the scoop.) scoop contains about 15g of protein, all your essentials amino acids and all the good fats (Omega 3, 6 and 9) in the right ratios.
However hemp protein powder is low in lysine, so if you're vegetarian or vegan you need to also be eating beans (Or peas/pea protein) as they're good sources of lysine!

About 20% Protein Hemp powder, sounds good. Does it also contain BCCAs.

edit: besides the Omega s selling points, make sure its extra-verge too.
And Cold-pressed. So not food grade lamp-oil. Saturated Fats are good fat s too.
Read into it and you ll see. Heat Oil s/ Fat s never beyond their fuming point !

Fat s the same only Extra-Verge again, not industrially Hydrogenated !
Margarine/ Halvarine, odourless Coconut Butter ed.
Palmitic/ Myristic/ Lauric/ Stearic acid. What is in certain Dairy based product s.

Well lets say i just harvested a Kg. Walnuts.
Look up a soaking time table, check another or better a few.
Just to make sure the correct one is found, and used.

The 1-st 2 found have a 4 hour difference on Walnut s, so having a correct chart.
Printed/ written is advisable saves time. This 3-rd one says 8/ 12 hour s.
With Nuts there one extra drying them good. Drying Towel.
Then spread out at room temp. I remember they where just as crunchy.
Thought they would be become softy s.

And the time is relevant as after a certain point the Seed s/ Nut s.
Except Cashew, will sprout.
Edit: All Nuts of course the cover is off. :geek: Can t germinate a peeled nut.

It also means planning ahead, as some soakings take long.
Green Pea s a whole day afair. Planning ahead is tricky.
So i practice it rarely atm, worse never ever did it with Rice.

Wheat, is one of the culprits of problems people experience.
Found that out through some digging, its no longer a food.
White flower Wheat is only used by humans. Causing bloathing,
cramps and IBS. And is no where comparable, to ancient grains.

Animals, fungi and whatever avoid it, why because its devoid of nutreint s.
It s a poison, for human s. The Gluteine Proteine s a.o. Gliandin and Glutein.
Are Kappa Opioid agonist s, and promote appetite.

While being devoid of essential vitamin s, Mineral s and trace element s.
Its a inbred and genetically manipulated plant. Chemical and atomical !
And has a disastrous effect on the body.

it also kills, your intestinal micro organisms that help you. Because its basically a anti-biotic. From the start. FTW ;)

There is a good consequent soaking table but i cant sind it sorry.
Tried it, most i found generalised, while i know there is a very specific one.

Sometimes differing 2 hour s. so not 4 to 8 but differentiated.
So 4/ 6 or 6/ 8, every nut / seed/ pea and lentil separately.
Some 24 hours, why i mentioned planning a head.
Well I tried, if you eat Vegetarian it s worth it. As the diet contain s.
Lot s of these.
